Great experience so far, good pricing for fairly good servers

Alexhost it's good company, they sell various products and multiple locations, I have them like 2 years now and it's working good, thanks Alex.

I have been using it for a few months, and the support system is just wow. I purchased VPS from them, good network and hardware, No issues faced yet.

I have been a member for almost 2 years now. I'm using shared hosting for one of my websites. I have to say for the price I paid, it's getting the job done and only had a few little downtimes.
I used their unmanaged vps as well but back then they didn't have 1gbps ports only 250mbs and it wasn't enough for me so I stopped using that service. Support is really good and few times I contacted their support team, they responded within few minutes and solved my issues. I can say I'd recommend their services but it all depends on your needs however their prices is cheap and affordable which is why I renewed my service and so far, I'm satisfied.

I have been using AlexHost VPS for around 1.5 years. I would say it's the best price and quality in the market right now.
But I would hope the network charges would go down, because I wanted to upgrade to 1gbps NS.

Overall very happy with product and customer support.

I had a very pleasant experience with this host especially compared to the previous one which kept loosing Internet connection. With AlexHost I haven’t experiencer any inconvenience, the tickets have been answered promptly and I think it is also good value for money.

Everything was simple to set up. Never had any downtime. All worked as expected. No complaints here.

Super BAD , and really Poor Service. They not Notice if any KIND of abuse, For example: if there is any Virus or malware attack any site, it can happen _ then they not notice and terminate the website. even not give backup .. Do not buy from them , you will lost everything

Writing this review after using dedicated server from AlexHost for several months, had some issues in beginning but support was quick to help out and it was resolved in few days. Since than its been smooth & stable so far.

I tried so many hosts to get the connection speed as they mentioned but most of them failed or more expensive than I expected.
But so far so good and cheaper with AlexHost so far today. Hopefully we'll continue to work together

they deliver what they say they will, they help you in case of problem and they have been reliable with there services and support!

I've been using AlexHost for more than 3 years now and the only thing I can say is that:
- The support is super fast and answered all my questions within minutes.
- The latency and speed of the servers are as described in their website: excellent!

They will sell you blacklisted SPAM IPs. And then give you excuses about changing them.

Alexhost is your BEST choice. They have BEST prices compared to competitors, 100% uptime, i have seen people complaining that the runtime is bad, but i have been using them for more than a month and never had my website down. The only thing i think they could offer(it could be nice, but not a red flag or something) a free domain once you buy a VPS. The support is responding literally within 2 minutes, and i mean it.

Terrible hosting company, my server went down within within a day of installation and no refund or response provided.

Stay away from these scammers, their servers are horrible.
