I Have had several of the older promo annual vps systems for almost 2 years now- and have had nothing but a great experience. Simple, fast and efficient systems. Support has always been prompt and helpful.

Alexhost is such a PITTY hosting.

First , 2 days after buying my VPS they do an hosting migration. They fuc**** up my website, they had to use an old backup to repair it.

I have an ecommerce website so it was a MESS to find back user who did purchase. And my website was down for the FULL weekend.

I was ok let give it more a try. 1 week later, my website receive a fake complain for fishing ( of course i don't do this , it's illegal and my business is already making money legally , why would i do that ? i have a trustpilot page with 100+ reviews ) they shut down instantly my VPS instance and i can't do backup.

SO DONT BUY ALEXHOST. I had less issue at hetzner, digitalocean, vultr . they are cheaper, good support, they don't shut your down your server and fail migration that you didn't ask for

First off before i share my story about this disgusting low life company i love the fact that any human with eyes a functioning brain can tell every sinhle review gor them that isn’t the deserved one star is a fake account by the fact they only have one review ha but this company purposefully let crimsl use them as a host as they fo not not care about the fact they are doing illegal activities but only the fact that they are making money off of people’s hard work. This host lets weirdos on their sit and the site itself is owned by weirdos and their gonna get the justice they deserve very soon. No one is untouchable and karma is definitely coming. Yeah they’re a bunch of dmca and court order ignoring fools who think they’re untouchable.

This is a service used by criminals. Thankfully you can report them to the Moldova Interior Ministry, who in turn report them to the police. They are a platform for hosting disturbing criminal content. Giving your money to these people is akin to abusing societies weaknesses and most vulnerable yourself. I hope each of their customers rots in prison, where they belong.

Defamation is stating something untrue. Read your own marketing. "We ignore DCMA requests". You are breaking the law in Moldova by ignoring copyright take down requests, making people get a court order against you to enforce their copyright. You are criminals. Own it. Oh, or sue me? Wait, you don't know who I am? See the problem?

They have serious downtime . MAybe you are going to save 5$ per month by using their server. But in my case i'm losing 100$ because website is down and all my customers can't purchase my items

Can't recommand if you are serious in your business and are really making money

Suspended my server without a reason.

They suspended my server without messaging me about any reason, only when asked they give a reason about their Terms of Use that doesn't make sense and even when explaining how their reason doesn't make sense they refuse to reactivate it!

DO NOT USE FOR ANY REASON!

They are online 24/7 to always help when there is an issue.

I've been using AlexHost hosting for a while now and am very pleased with their fast and helpful customer support. They often have interesting promotions, and the price will be very sweet! They ignore DMСA, which is also a big plus for me. Overall, i like it and i’m going to say that I'm a satisfied customer.

Support, if necessary, quickly solves all problems and helps set up the server. Overall satisfied. It's worth it!

So bad, They providing bad services harmful on this host

I am logging in today to speak up about a pretty dramatic experience we’ve been having with AlexHost over the past months.

We got informed that my wife had nude pictures of her severely underage (dating from when she was 10-13 years old) posted on a website. We contacted the website owner that refused to delete them. We took legal action and the host they had at that point stopped supporting the website. For several weeks, that big forum containing these informations was offline and we went back to our normal lives.

Sadly, we got notified soon after that the website was online again; now using Alex Host as their host. The forum admin took care to reupload all of those illegal underage media and told us there was nothing we could do cause their current host allowed child pornography to be posted.

Of course we did not believe it, we contacted AlexHost that replied they would not do anything without a court order. We sent that court order serving the same website for the same pictures and they said they needed a new one.

So we went back to legal action. Sadly the police is telling us they are not getting any reply either and that now there is « nothing to do » and we should just accept these images are now public.

My wife has been in the hospital on and off since august, this is extremely rough on her especially as our daughters are currently around the same age she is on those pictures. It feels like there is no option that can work at all now, as this host seems very dedicated to keeping illegal content up. Along the way we did get close to people working with law enforcement with other countries via the bias of social media and we hope they will be able to do something about it.

Know what you are supporting when you give them your money.

After one year of hosting with Alexhost our VPS was suspended on 07/22 and I was out of the office as it was the weekend. Today when I log in to pay and get it unsuspended the VPS was terminated. No help from support as they just told us that our data was deleted. Horrible experience.
