I filed a lawsuit against AlexHost for ignoring DMCA requests; I am sure I will WIN this lawsuit because they pride themselves on conducting Illegal activities. They think they are untouchable but will soon find themselves scrambling for solutions after injunctions are entered against them. Customers, beware, you might be out of some money if essential services are blocked due to requests and court orders that they have yet even to know to exist. In response to alexhost answer. I have a judgment against the persons responsible for the website. The courts have decided the contents is illegal and violates my copyrights. The internet has global reach, it is not located in Moldova alone what is published on a site located in a basement in Moldova 🇲🇩 reaches everyone on the globe and can be translated at a push of a button. If you can’t respect a persons right to not be defamed and can’t respect a person’s intellectual rights you are invited to tell this to the Judge on July 11 at 9am in the USA and you can tell them what you responded to this post. If the judge dismisses the case against you you have proven your point of not pay me damages and remove the websites which you are hosting and this post will be deleted since the matter is resolved. If you lose and don’t respect the judgment be prepared to have SANCTIONS against Alexhost for non compliance. I know exactly how to make your business inoperable from the USA it’s your decision. If you want to be a global company in a global field or risk it all for 20 euro a month from one customer who is breaking the law as you are.

You should act against the website owner, not against us. We are like a car rent, who should respect the rules of the street is who is renting, not us. Take a example of this.

Not the best way to do it, remember that all costs and damages fees that you "may" cause to us, the lawsuit can be the opposite. Remember that.

US rules doesn't apply in our country, when you travel to other country you should respect your country where you are from or the country that you are now? Take this also as example.

EDIT: Alexhost said that is not responsable for the owner activity, if the owner is doing any criminal activity against you, you must contact the police. Alexhost can't be responsible for the actions of the customer or clients. That is what we said. Alexhost is not the owner of the website you are talking about. Since we aren't the owner, you should legally act against the owner of website and not against Alexhost. We fully respect you. The owner of website is the only who are legally responsible for such contents stored, uploaded. Not Alexhost. You might consider that. The owner of website is the responsible for the manage of website and domains, alexhost doesn't have full control of his actions.

Alexhost respects the law where our servers are. That's all.

Absolute garbage VPS

VPS where you cannot install any VPN simply because any ports with UDP traffic are aggressively blocked. Support claims "It is our DDOS protection, we cannot turn it off" and asks you to wait indefinitely for their answer, and in a week the support ticket is closed automatically as if there was never such problem.
Nothing on their site states anything about UDP problems and such aggressive blocks, so it is kind of scamming. You cannot know about it before you waste your money.
There is no other VPS provider with such DDOS protection and service.
Absolute garbage. Of course they don't do refunds.

Voxility start filtering the ports and protocols that is why UDP is blocked and some ports blocked, the only way to unblock it is to get your own IPv4 block.

Worst experience ever.

From Trustpilot's review guidelines: "You can write a review if you’ve had a recent, genuine experience." I don't have to be a customer to leave a review. I have had an experience with this company, and it was the worst ever.

I contacted them and politely requested that they remove my intellectual property off of one of the websites they host. (Because they host a pirating website where thousands of authors have had their work stolen and posted.) They ignored me for an entire week. So now I am sharing my experience with other authors.

The fact that they won't do anything without a court order means they know what they're doing is illegal.

Edit: You can tell by their response to this review how unprofessional they are. They think piracy and me trying to get my stolen property taken down is a game. Most companies (GOOD companies) comply with DMCA. This one does not. DMCA does not require a court order. It never has. These people are pro-piracy 100%.

Now let's talk more seriously, we are company, we aren't childish playing games. We will give to you a good example, you are the owner of the house and you lease your houses or apartaments to someone, which pays to your monthly, yearly whatever.

You should be responsible for their actions that they make in your house? From your nonsensical argumentation, apparently so.

The same can be applied to other jobs, selling products and services.

Alexhost needs a VALID COURT ORDER to act, we comply with the law. If you don't have court order we can't obey. The follow the law sctrictly.

For example, if someone wants to search your house, a court order is required in most countries. Do you understand?

Can you understand this or is it difficult? We have nothing to do with the owners of the website, if you want to disconnect them. File a complaint with the police or get a lawyer against them. We are not responsible for the activity they do on the servers, if we receive a court order we will certainly act.


It is not with half words that you will demand anything, I question, what if the client wins and demands compensation? You know that creates problems for us and for you? It's not just hang up and it's done, it's necessary to comply with the law. And the law is clear. You need a valid court order.


Regarding your complaints on trustpilot, we are in conversation and asking for information regarding your comments, we will see.

Alexhost has to be the worst hosting…

Alexhost has to be the worst hosting company I ever used or heard of, they were unable to maintain even the basic functions of the web hosting. My webmail simply stooped receiving emails, This happened two times, and the second time I had to change the hosting company all together, which resulted in even more down time for my website and business. My webmail was out of service 4 days out of 7.

First time when the problem appeared they fixed it after two days. But not before trying to convince me that I have to upgrade to a dedicated server because for shared hosting they do not offer an option to change the IP or server. Even so this had nothing to do with me, the email just stooped receiving emails all of a sudden, no changes were made to the website code or hosting settings. The webmail only used 1% of the allocated space.

Second time the problem reappeared only after 4 days after they fixed it. This time they changed their strategy and tried to convince me the problem doesn't exist, is not real. After I proved them the problem is still very real, they said, and I quote " unfortunately microsoft blocks our ips, because of this you cannot receive/send email to hotmail/outlook addresses. " after this alexhost.com just stooped answering all together. I was left there expecting their answer while my webmail was still down.

If you care about your mental health and your business, please do yourself a favor and AVOID ALEXHOST AT ALL COSTS.

Is a shame that this type of services even exist.

As we wrote in Ticket support. Alexhost is not responsible for any blockage from 3rd party like Hotmail. You saw that the Email works fine with Gmail and others.

Except from Hotmail / Outlook this maybe because they block our IPs from Shared Hosting.

If you want a dedicated IP, this is only available at this moment in VPS and Dedicated Servers, in there plans you will receive a dedicated IP.

For this reason we told you to move. Alexhost can't force any provider of email to accept our emails. Of course Alexhost cares about that and we will try to contact Hotmail / Outlook.

The solution is to switch your services to a dedicated IP like VPS or Dedicated Server. There you will receive a dedicated IP.

As you know Shared Hosting usually uses Shared IP.

We may ask you why you give 1 stars? We answered your questions and we gave the solution to you. We fully respect your opinion, but we don't think that we deserve 1 Start. Since we did and we answered with a possible solution for you.

We hope you understand and Alexhost apologies for any trouble you may had with us. Hope you comeback! :)

Alexhost used to be good but not anymore!

Alexhost used to be my favorite hoster but not anymore!

The reason is quite simple:

- the servers have become so slow
- There is a lack of support
- Passwords don't work and it's your own fault, although the password is in the plain in the panel (copy/paste)
- Problems with the VPS/DEdicated server

I had to move 14 VPS servers and wait until they expired and I am very satisfied that I took the step and looked for a new hoster. My dedicated servers also expire on 10/5/2022 and then I will just avoid Alexhost.

It used to be okay, although I'm not a person who often has to contact support because I know my way around very well, but in that case you unfortunately have to.
And if you complain then it's your own fault. How can one be to blame if the login to your site does not work and other customers also complain in the forum that they have the same problem.

Were also quite ok, also tolerate a lot but for a dedicated server where you pay 70 € and which just lags around and is really slow, I don't think it's funny.
VPS Server it's like LOTTO games, you can get good ones but if you get bad ones you don't get a replacement or anything and the reinstall doesn't do anything.

All in all, I think it was a good decision to have made the switch. Since, strangely enough, I suddenly never have a problem where I was supposedly to blame.

maybe you have a lot of customers and that's why you've felt a bit aloof over the years. But losing a customer who spends 300-500€ a month isn't nice either. And I think other customers agree with me.

ANSWER:
I have no account but constantly create new accounts on the customer data of my customers. Since each customer always wants their own account with full access.

I only take VPS servers that also meet the requirements, there is according to my configurations and settings with NGINX hardly a workload.
Currently I am more than satisfied with my current hoster whose name I am not allowed to mention here and to change everything again is out of the question for me.

Strangely enough, I no longer have such problems. Just get your service under control and maybe I'll buy the one or the other server from you again to tesen. I also use only LS or NGINX and work with servers over 10 years.

I have but constantly made images (proofs) I was allowed to upload to Trustpilot but not.

Now related with VPS, as you know VPS is not fully dedicated some hours (depending on where you live) you can be using a VPS in the hours where is a little high of peak of usage.

Since VPS is not dedicated, of course resources like RAM and CPU are in a Node, is not fully dedicated to you. For this reason we have dedicated servers for such things is much better and is fully dedicated to you like RAM, CPU and many more.

Support
We try our best to answer you questions, but sometimes is not possible to give the answer or fix what you want. Depending of situation, we have 24/7 support. Of course in the night it will be a little slower.

We always recommend you since if you don't have managed VPS, Unmanaged VPS Alexhost is not responsible for any bad management or optimization. We suggest you to use Nginx or LiteSpeed / Openlitespeed.

Also you need to be and pay attention that VPS requires a RAM some RAM usage available in case of high peak otherwise it can go down. it is preferable to have RAM available to compensate in case of high traffic and usage of your websites.

Where is the forum where they complaint about our login issues? I didn't see that until now. Can you please link to us?

We advice to switch to dedicated server if possible. We are always happy to help our customers and clients to choose the best ways and hardware, but some clients refuses that and is fine, but you can't complaint in something that as suggested (example only) to do.

We will be waiting for your contact, please link this feedback in ticket and explain everything to us.

UPDATE:
That can be a issue from your clients who are using TOR or any bad IP Blacklist and account is getting blocked by blacklisted IPs, our client area have a protection against brute force and login attemps, the issue can be there, also.

Dedicated servers for high cpu and ram usage is much better, VPS depending on the node you are.

We would like to be back with us. We know sometimes this can be bad for you but also for us. We will try to fix that.

Does 10 Visits are need a vps?

We have many Clients in our LiteSpeed Hosting, it can handle with 10 Vists and much more.

Usually if your website goes down without any explanation that means 3 things

1) Your website is not optimized at all like heavy Themes and Plugins or bad coding of your script.

2) Nulled Themes, Scripts or Plugins can have malware and your website will go down because can increase the load.

3) You maybe using a lot of plugins or themes, widgets and it is consuming a lot of RAM/CPU and goes down

4) Your script, theme or plugin is bad coding or have any vulnerability that makes it goes down or crash.

We don't lie. We have MANY customers in our LiteSpeed Hosting, we have customers and clients who have 500-1000 daily and no issues with them.

Alexhost is not responsable for bad coding & using any nulled plugins, themes, scripts, CMS. Everything that relays or the issue is in Coding, Alexhost doesn't fix that.

We only help and fix things related with Hosting and Server issues, for example bad coding of script is not a issue for Alexhost. In any circumstance / condition Alexhost is not responsible for that usage.

We are sorry for that, but you need to check what you are using and what is going on. We checked everything and everything is right and running well.

You may disable or try to use clean install and you will see probably the issue is in your script, cms, plugin or theme.

Highly Priced & Unstable

1. Terrible Subnet /24 which is totally blacklisted (SPAMrats), even they didn't offer to move me to other clean whitelisted subnet.
2. Weak Support Team, It took them 3 days to enable VNC Console, Then they rebuilt my VPS, also VNC didn't work.
3. Control Panel Issue, VPS IP Addresses un-allocate itself and causes server to go offline.

*AlexHost it is your responsibility to follow up with your IP Ranges & request to whitelist them.

*Also network tab was removed from my panel, so I can't allocate a new whitelisted IP on other network subnet.

* 5 days passed and Everytime they tell me to wait without providing me with any details or updates.

How do you want customers to respect you, when you keep them waiting 3 hours on live chat waiting.

Professional Providers Like Time4vps, would have offered to move me to a new node with clean IP addresses.

Really inconfident staff or services

I bought this hosting in good faith expecting the Slav to make me proud but instead, nothing would work for example the service so badly programmed you can't even have Wordpress username and password or email address to work through it.

Contacted support by live chat I presented them prove they just like"oo no he found a problem with my service lets pretend it never happened "

I shown them another problem by again there poor coded version of cpanel could not work again so presented a website like inside of server instead of website page for why I asked for a refund I was expecting high quality of maybe Slavic company but here pitiful services at best.

First thing, cPanel is not open source, so can't be programmed by us, specially when cPanel makes their own updates, not us.

If Wordpress is not working, like username, password or email address that is not our fault, you need configure it properly. Also you can certainly change that by recovering password.

In last case, doing fresh install or using a old backup and going through Phpmyadmin and changing that.

Poor coded version of cPanel? Again, cPanel is not open source, and is not poor coded.

This may be a misleading of your part. I don't know which service did you use, but VPS are unmanaged.

Don't deserve to be Stand in the Market of Hosting Company's

We are a digital marketing company we purchase 50+ server from this provider in a recent 6-8 months from different email Id for using a server for mailing
First they allow mailing and saying they provide 24 Hrs of time to deal with abuse and spam.
at the starting 2 months they stand on their word but after that they suddenly terminate/suspend/block servers instantly without any notice.
Then after sometime whenever i tell them to open my server they show me a note a UCEPROTECT listing and the fact is what not a single Ip of my server is listed in UCEPROTECT they suddenly they turned back and said your server is suspended for Spam, did you not receive complaints from starting 2 months when i started buying you, when you not getting spam complaints and one more fact when i asking for spam complaints they are not able to send and close my tickets.
Also no refund/No reply/No server activation.
There's a lot's of providers in markets they all don't accept spam and abuse on their networks but they still provide you time to reacts for the complaints and also give you a second chance because they don't have intentions to steal client's hard earned money.
But they direct start ignoring also they give me screenshot's where 2-3 providers reported me as a spammer. but currently i'm using 15-18 providers in a month why not all providers reported me, why only 2-3 providers.
Because the same issue i faced with them and have argument with the service activation and refund because they take my money and don't give me server and also don't give me reply on anywhere, and after all this they called me spammer....okk, if i'm spammer then this as*holes are Scammers.
So if you still want go with them please go but not for big amount, please do spend monthly less than $5 in a month on them. They all are temperarry used hosting providers.
they don't deserve customers they deserve buycott

You have been with us for month's right? You said in your review that he stand with our word, right? We stand and we always will stand.

You have been suspended due to Spam reports in our IPs, of course that can't happen, we will get blacklisted and we will need to pay for delisting.

And that is something we don't tolerate in our network (spam) or any activity that make us in blacklists (that is listed in our Acceptable Usage Policy page) very clearly.

Alexhost had information that is not the first time you do that, not only with our company but also with other companys. We checked your profile here and you also have the same complaint with other provider called "redIT"

What happens to the same happen with other company, we are wrong? Or are you wrong and doing something that triggers our IPs being blacklisted?

Alexhost understand your frustation, but you can't break our rules and terms of conditions, AUP and others.

You are fine to use our servers, but you need to understand mass mailing is not allowed if we get blacklisted, if you read our Acceptable Usage Policy that is very explicit there.

Another thing, we are not temporary hosting, we are in the market since 8 years, or even more! We know when someone breaks our terms or not. And we will stand here and improving more for our customers that is not only word, is a promise.

DON'T BELIEVE LOW RATING!

Who the hell give them low review? This is the best hosting I've ever found!! I use b*lletpr*ofhosting.org before and their support is sucks, I only wasted my money there. Like excuse me even after 1 or 2 days they won't reply to my support ticket!

I'm so thankful to whoever recommend this beautiful site alexhost on the internet! sincerely... I love their support/customer support team so much.
