Had 2 new windows fitted. From ordering to fitting we were very happy with the service provided. Installation date has to be changed at short notice due to illness but we were kept informed. Workmen were friendly, tidy and helpful. Excellent service.

All windows installed within 4 weeks or our first conversation with fantastic service from Ryan in Nottingham and also the fitters who completed 9 windows in 2 days. Windows have made a big difference to the cooling/heating of the house so very happy with the service!

Poor ordering and fitting.
I cannot fault the sales men or the surveyor who attended, but double check and triple check what they're selling is what will be provided.
The glass for the front door side panels was not what we ordered or advised that we could have. we have now spent over 4 weeks trying to get the glass changed and just keep going round in circles.
As for the fitting of the faciers and soffiets, the guys were lovely but the work left a lot to be desired. for an example the new guttering did not even have a hole to let water drain down the down spout, i had to sort that my self. also the dry verge units were not cut to fit and had just been left to overlap the guttering which again i had to sort.
We have a TV aerial at the back of the house and the cable ran along the old faciers to enter the front of the house, this was not reattached and just left hanging, again another problem i had to sort.
Another issue is the mess that was left after the work, we have a dog so all the screws etc all over the patio and garden was really annoying and we had to clean up.
From my experience do not use this company, they promise the world and you'll get Mars.

I was very happy with the competitive price for windows and door and the installation team. Very helpful and clean workers. My only fault was there was no knocker or number fitted on the door otherwise it would have been

Dirty glass inside double glazed panel pane changed twice.
Window not fitted level.
Rude fitters and untidy.
Keep phoning for more work 3 times,won’t use again can’t recommend to anyone.
After reading there reply I must add that they did correct the poor work they did after several visits.
If they had done better work they would have got more work, I would recommend they source a better glass supplier.
Couldn’t risk them on a patio door.
Vicki in there call centre was very helpful and there maintenance guy who replaced the glass was helpful.

Jack called to see if i still wanted to talk about fixing a window at the front of my house.
When I confirmed my interest.
He then said. "Its owned by you and your husband?"
I said, "no i own it."
He said, "oops sorry I married you off. No partner then?"
I said, "no i do, but its my house."
He said, "well we like to see you together."
I said, "Well its my house. He doesn't own it."
He insisted.
I said lets cancel this.
I won't be going with your company ever. No matter what deals you have.

The reason for this is to ensure that everyone involved in making decisions about the proposed work has the opportunity to hear the same information, ask questions, and understand any quotations or recommendations provided. This helps to avoid misunderstandings and prevents situations where information has to be relayed second-hand.
We appreciate that in your situation you are the sole homeowner, and Jack's question regarding your partner was intended solely to establish whether anyone else would be involved in decisions relating to the project.
However, we do feel it is unfair to characterise the conversation as sexist when the same policy would have been explained to any customer in the same circumstances.
While we respect your decision not to proceed, we stand by a policy that is designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and clarity for all parties involved in a home improvement project.

We had the fascia’s, soffits, guttering replaced and also the conservatory roof changed from Perspex to tiled. Reasonably priced in comparison to other companies, work completed as scheduled and property and us as the homeowners, respected. Clean and clear at the end of each day of work was very much appreciated.
In my opinion, a five star experience and job completed to our five star satisfaction.
