We got several new windows and some blown windows replace, overall happy with the work but definitely a lot of room for improvement. Whilst we were having the work done we had another sales person come and try and sell us more changes which was not appreciated, there was damage done to the wallpaper around the windows, lots of rubble and plastic waste left both inside and outside the house, also as part of the install we needed scaffolding putting up, I asked them to delay taking it down so national Grid could put a powerline back in place (that they asked us to move for the install) which they did but then had to chase when it would be removed, they said they would get back to me but they never did and they just turned up at 7:30 in the morning and started taking it down.

I was very impressed with the representative, the surveyor and the installers, who did an excellent job and left everything clean and tidy.
I would definitely recommend the company to anyone looking for new windows.

We had fascia’s and soffits replaced by AWR.
They did an amazing job! They went above and beyond and even swapped some broken roof tiles for us while they were up there! They left the job clean and tidy and the price was very competitive too.

Won’t stop pestering even though we told them we have had the guttering done cheaper elsewhere. Also, some very interesting staff members obsessed with my ‘ethnic name’, the man that knocked on my door told me how unusual my name was as did the guy who called to pester us on the phone. I have just received ANOTHER call where the men clearly did not realise they had reached me as I heard them guessing what colour/ country I am from. They called back and when I questioned him the ma said “no you’re fine it’s okay I just have an interest in unusual names I’m not racist” 😳

Fitters were excellent the scaffolding installers less so which has dragged the score down to 2🙈🌠stars! No kick boards fitted to scaffolding platforms and walkway boards* not fixed to scaffolds! Turners were also* not used but 45deg angled safety support/legs were. There was nil signage for scaffolding * examination 🧐 checks. Nor was there a sign for overhead signage or above 5mtr overhead working at height (WAH) Regulations. When brought to their attention the scaffold team said they did not have a ‘gang boss’ or supervisor ! The installation team of soffits and facias and the product(s) are good. Look good value - but your company need to do checks on the scaffold sub let contractors. HSE / NEBOSH Gen Cert qualified property owners reviews are my own but correct in what I witnessed. Overall very satisfied with the work carried out, fitters did a good job fitting the windows, doors, porch, only down side was damaged to the frame of the porch to which someone tried to hide with silicone !!!. It would have been better if damage was pointed out in the first place. After speaking to AWR the damage part was replaced within a couple of days.

Friendly service arrived on the date and time arranged. Quick and even cleaned up afterwards. Follow up service was an extra just to check we were happy. Would definitely recommend to anyone for any work they undertake

Terrible business I wouldn’t use this company, they mismeasured the survey the product didn’t fit. their fitters were told to fit half of the job (without correct safety gear) and when I refused works manager was ultra aggressive and have remains so since. The fitters then tried to move lights by chopping through live cables with a brick bolster. Not to mention the product is terrible quality and I selected tiles colour and they are no tiles just GRP that’s painted. I have told them keep my deposit but now they are threatening on the phone

Our order included a larger number of windows as we have an end terraced house, but the team managed to fully complete all of the installation, with a new front door, within one day. We were booked in for 2 days, but they worked constantly to complete everything to a high standard, within the day. They have a wide range of choices of designs and materials to suit taste and budget.
Any questions I had have been promptly and professionally responded to. I would fully recommend AWR for your new windows and doors.

Damaged my electric charging point and they put guttering and new roof on my outhouse and they havent put the guttering on wrong because when it rains the water doesnt run off and go down the down pipe it just stops in the middle and we have had them out twice and it still isnt done properly . I wish we would of gone else where we paid over £5000 for it .

From start to finish …. brilliant.
Every member of staff, from the salesman to the office staff and the guys who fitted the windows and front door, were without fault and so helpful.
I thought I may have to do some redecoration after the work had been completed but you honestly couldn’t tell they’d been changed.
Well done AWR.

The facias and soffits and gutters look brilliant. The only little thing is that where they put screws in the downpipes , they didn't cover them. We bought screw covers to fit them and now they look absolutely brilliant. Fitting was quick as well!

I wanted to leave this review because of the awful sales phone call I experienced yesterday.
A salesman did a cold call at our house. He was delightful, friendly and pleasant. I agreed to getting a free quote for a new garage door as the quote would be valid for 12 months. I also agreed to a QUICK evening meeting. So far, so good.
When I got a phone call for the meeting confirmation about 40 minutes later, the phone salesman was very pushy. He started with did I have a partner? - which as I pointed out was irrelevant to them giving me a quote. When he said that they needed my partner to be in the meeting as well (that would not necessarily be a quick meeting), I explained that any partner I may have was not necessary at all or even possible. I also explained that I would NOT be making any decision in that meeting as I had at least 12 months to go with the quote. At this point the sales man said OK, bye. I asked if that meant they were coming to do the quote. He replied no, he had cancelled the appointment and then rang off. The manner of the phone salesman was aggressive, pushy and I felt that this was unbelievably rude. As I am genuinely considering replacing my garage door, I can assure this company that without a doubt I WILL NOT be using them ever based on this example of their customer contact. I will not be higher power pressured into a decision or treated rudely because I refuse to comply to their demands!
One star rating is too much!!!!
Having written this review, I read someone else's similar review and heartily agree. I would also like to pre-empt the Company's reply of talking to the Home Owners. I own my property and no mention was made of who the home owners were in my house. They are using a disgusting approach to sales and I recommend that they are not given the time of day!

Had someone knock on the door explaining a “no-fuss” quote for new windows as they were working down the road. He said I would be contacted regarding a quote.
The office then called three times, and the original guy also rang again trying to get me to answer. I was busy at the time and could have called back when I was available. Despite this, there was pressure to arrange a visit the same day, which I declined and suggested tomorrow morning instead when I’d actually have time.
What really didn’t sit right with me was being told it was a “safeguarding concern” that my partner wouldn’t be home during the quote. As a qualified safeguarding lead in a school, I found this both inaccurate and quite frankly laughable. It felt like a completely inappropriate excuse to push for my partner’s presence.
More importantly, it came across as though you were only interested in dealing with my partner rather than me, a woman — as if I wouldn’t understand the information or be capable of making decisions about MY own home. I found that quite patronising and outdated.
Overall, the approach felt pushy and dismissive, and it left a poor impression before you’d even provided a quote.
