Had someone knock on the door explaining a “no-fuss” quote for new windows as they were working down the road. He said I would be contacted regarding a quote.
The office then called three times, and the original guy also rang again trying to get me to answer. I was busy at the time and could have called back when I was available. Despite this, there was pressure to arrange a visit the same day, which I declined and suggested tomorrow morning instead when I’d actually have time.
What really didn’t sit right with me was being told it was a “safeguarding concern” that my partner wouldn’t be home during the quote. As a qualified safeguarding lead in a school, I found this both inaccurate and quite frankly laughable. It felt like a completely inappropriate excuse to push for my partner’s presence.
More importantly, it came across as though you were only interested in dealing with my partner rather than me, a woman — as if I wouldn’t understand the information or be capable of making decisions about MY own home. I found that quite patronising and outdated.
Overall, the approach felt pushy and dismissive, and it left a poor impression before you’d even provided a quote.

Absolutely appalled with this company, first of all they gave a insulations date for 3 windows, then cancelled, asking if they could reschedule for the end of the week due to being behind with work, that was no problem, but the day they reschedule for was still a no show, call a number of times throughout the day and was fobbed of with lies, called the office again at 4pm Thursday and after some arguing was told I would be booked in fist thing on the Tuesday because they already had previous work booked, I was not happy, On the Tuesday one man turned up to install all 3 of the windows on his own, I couldn't believe it, I ended up having to help him up the stairs with the back bedroom window because it was scraping and scratching the banister and ceiling, I'm 65 with COPD, this is a unprofessional company that I would never even think about using again and I would definitely not recommend them. UPDATE, the guy who is now fitting the windows has forgotten the glass for the kitchen window and would like to take it out and board it up, till he can come back with the glass, I said no, leave the window as it is till you have the glass to put in, really can't wait to finish with this company.

Windows are great very happy . My only issue was with the office regarding when installation would be happening, apparently they tried to contact me but somehow managed to mix 2 mobile numbers up .
Also when the rep came and gave us a price he said we wouldn’t pay a thing until completely happy . Which isn’t true as the main window pain had broken no one from the office informing me they left it up to the window installer . We asked if we could pay when the window was replaced and fully installed they said no they wanted all payment held back £200 . They were very forceful in wanting the payment . Apart from that I do like the windows

Great sales representative- listened and understood we would not be pressured into a sale. The work was booked, friendly helpful phone staff. Scaffolding erected in timely and professional manner and work completed as scheduled. Happy with the finished product!

The carpenter who came a second time may have fixed the door.

Sales man was great and explained everything well, the fitter arrived as agreed and did a great job, no mess or anything left laying about. We did have an issue with the lock we had agreed on, but they arranged for a fitter to come and change it for me. Overall I'm very happy with the work done, thank you:)

I like many other reviews you will see on Trustpilot wish I had never engaged this company. Works were completed in 2 days, although not without problems, yet the scaffolding has been around my home for 8 days now and still counting, preventing access to the garage and Sky TV. Was told if I pay for the work it will be taken down in a couple of days. Contacted the office on a number of occasions to ask when it will be removed but they never return my call with an answer. I don’t think they have a place to store the scaffolding and so leave it in place until needed elsewhere
My neighbour was looking to have the same work done to their home, I’ve told them to look elsewhere
Really sorry I came across this company

Had a guy called Reg knock on the door (very kind and polite) this afternoon, asking if I was interested in a quote for facias ect replaced. Told me it's no obligation and the quote is valid for a year from the day it's given. I said I'd be happy to get a quote, he told me the office would give me a call. Office called and booked apt for 6pm today, guy on the phone was lovely. 6pm comes and a different guy turns up (I think he was called Tony) to give me a quote, I went outside with him to look at the guttering and facias, asked him to explain which parts it is they can replace. He then asked if it's something we'd be having done sooner rather than later, I explained it's something we're thinking of having done early next year and the minute I said that it was as if he wasn't interested in quoting. He stated that he could give me a quote but it might change by the time we were to book it in next year, but if I wanted to pay a deposit he could secure a cheaper price. I explained I didn't want to pay a deposit, as wasn't sure when we'd want it done, he then asked why I came out and didn't let him in my house. I explained I had a newborn who had just gone to sleep, and the dog would bark at him therefore waking the newborn. He wasn't impressed with this and stated "do you want a quote or not?", I explained we wanted a quote but it wouldn't be something we'd have done prior to Christmas, I explained what Reg had said earlier about the quote being for a year and that he didn't mention a deposit. Next minute, he's ringing the office telling them I won't let him in the house, I asked him if I could speak on the phone to the office and explained the situation, and that Reg hadn't mentioned a deposit and said it'd last a year. The guy on the phone was understanding and told him to give me a quote, which would be valid for a year. Once off the phone he told me I shouldn't have mentioned he asked for a deposit to secure price.. unsure why as he did! I felt quite uncomfortable at this point, as he kept saying I shouldn't have said he said that and how he would get told off. He also wasn't happy about not coming into the house. He said he would give me a quote, pulled out a tape measure and measured the sizing of the front of the house, gave me a price and was finished. Unsure what part of that required him being inside my home. I thanked him for the quote, he then mentioned again about how I shouldn't have said he mentioned taking a deposit. All in all a bit of a strange and uncomfortable situation.

The only reason this is a one star review is because it won’t allow a zero. The fitters were great but all other aspect of the company are pretty dismal. Had a back door fiited and the quality was nowhere near the £2000 charged, it was fitted with a saw cut into the white panel and some beading was cut too short. The roofline was fitted and I couldn’t check the work because the scaffolding was in the way. The company said pay or the scaffold stays and if you don’t pay we will add on the imaginary discounts we gave you. Summing up avoid the company like the plague.

Wish I had never let this company do any work at all on our property.. the staff are harassing me with phone calls and when I explain I am still waiting to hear what they are going to do about replacement glass in a landing window that doesn’t fit properly and the wind actually screams through it.. the bathroom window pvc near the handle bends when you close it.. I was only left with one key in the bathroom and none for the double openers in the bedroom and I also have had no 10 yr guarantee .. there is more but those are the things I want correcting so I can get on with my life and block every number they have rang me on..I have sent 2 emails to complaints but these have been ignored.. I gave a 14 day response time which has gone well over but looks like I have no choice now so will have to go down the alternative route..
UPDATE.. I have sent information to yourselves via the link from Trustpilot

The salesman was really helpful. The fitter was very organised and did an excellent job. He was efficient and has done the job to a high standard. Only negative is there is a little white cap missing from one of the hinges, is there any chance we could be sent one please.

We had a rep from this so called company said his name was Michael around the FY4 area of Blackpool on Tuesday 3rd March 2026, despite having no cold calling sticker on my door he still tried it on, we said NO to him he left us with a leaflet of the work they do the company says its head office is in Doncaster (South Yorks) and on the leaflet it does not mention LANCS on it, i knew there was something wrong one hour later the Lancs Police and Blackpool Trading Standards Team were knocking on asking for CCTV of him and his team there were a gang of them going around Stay clear of them folks.

Only one month from the installation could not lock the door 9 out of ten times.Unprofessional workers.Big gaps between door and locking systems.

I recently hired this company for new windows and doors, and it was a mistake from start to finish. The quality of the installation is incredibly sloppy; it looks rushed and lacks any attention to detail. Worse than the poor workmanship was the attitude of the crew. They were unprofessional and disrespectful throughout the entire process. Save your money and your sanity—hire someone else who actually takes pride in their work and treats their customers with respect.

Young man with leaflets came looking for leads, I do not normally entertain doorstep hawkers, but needed a few glazed units replacing. Sales man turned up, he was polite and pleasant, not over pushy like most. Happy with the quote, a few days later full measurements and details taken. Then came the fitting, fast, efficient, and clean. All within ten days. I can not fault the service I received.

Received a leaflet through the door from a young lad called Jack and decided to book a 1:00pm appointment today for a guttering quote. The gentleman turned up but refused to provide a quote unless my partner was present.
At no point was I asked whether I even have a partner, nor who owns the property. I find it completely unacceptable that as a woman, in my own home, I was effectively told a quote couldn’t be given to me. It’s equally my house, and I am perfectly capable of discussing and making decisions about work that needs doing.
Very disappointing experience and quite frankly outdated behaviour. I won’t be using this company.
