Adding data
Instructions on how to use, including turning off US provider were excellent. Ease of use was great. One issue is there is not adequate time when notified your data is running low. At about 500MB remaining I was notified running low. I tried to top up, but since I wasn't on free wifi, it never happened (did this twice).

I recently traveled to Japan and purchased a 30-day data plan. Unfortunately, I encountered some technical issues and couldn't get the data to work. I contacted their support team, and Michael handled my case with incredible speed and professionalism.

Ordered global sim as their website stated they covered all the countries I was visiting. THIS WAS A LIE! I’ve had no signal today in the country I’m visiting and have incurred huge costs through O2 as I was unable to use my alosim. It took all day for them to tell me that they don’t cover the country I’m in despite their OWN WEBSITE stating they doz. I have provided proof to that fact am am waiting a response and compensation for the costs I’ve incurred.
We’ll see what they do about it. But il bet I’ll end up having to take them to court for my losses. MY ADVICE. Avoid them like the plague
