Deleted my account. Low quality products and bad paid employees. Nah thanks. I pass
Bad customer service
Bad customer service. Hard to talk to someone and when you do they are rude. Prime items still take the same amount of time do deliver if you are a prime member as if you weren’t which makes it worthless to be a member to me. Items will literally be 20 minutes away from its final destination and it will take a week or more just to get it there.
Amazon is just the worst.
Amazon Mexico failed to ship me a…
Amazon Mexico failed to ship me a laptop for a work expense. My laptop got detained at the U.S border, and now Amazon is holding onto my $21999 Pesos for up to 4 weeks. They offer no English support in a country that has hundreds of thousands of Americans and Canadians living in Mexico as ex pats. For one of the biggest companies in the world, they should invest in their CX.
Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. Sent my family Xmas gifts 2 weeks before Xmas. They were stolen and nobody did nothing. Destroyed Xmas for kids unbelievable zero star. Never again.
Don't buy here
Customer service at Amazon MX is horrible. They can't help you with anything because they only speak Spanish. They transfer you to an agent in Canada only to find out they can't help you either because they can't see orders in Amazon MX. If you order something, it takes them forever to deliver and you don't get the things you order.

I had to give it one star or it won't let me post. I am an American expat living currently in Mexico and in my State are thousands of American and Canadian expats. Many of us have limited Spanish speaking abilities but order not only from Amazon.com. us but also Amazon.com.mx. I have been using both the US and MX divisions of Amazon. The last several months I have had nothing but problems with everything from duplicate orders, no deliveries, no notification of deliveries, billing errors, fraudulent charges, etc...etc...etc.. When you call customer service, if it is an MX issue, they now refuse and sent me an email that they will only take email or calls in Spanish??????? What. When there is a problem with Amazon US they run you around and around like a dog chasing its tail with no resolution to the issues. I wrote and sent all these crazy responses to my emails from both Amazon US and MX only to get a response to a long ago issue that no longer exists. I was a long time customer of Amazon but will no
longer deal or order from them. Warning to all, if you want to end up pulling your hair out, then take your chance, I'm done. Love to hear from others with same issues.
Amazon doesn't post honest negative reviews!!!
I have been a great customer to Amazon for years and am considering not shopping there any more. They have terrible third party sellers that make your shopping experience a nightmare. When you leave honest bad reviews Amazon rejects them. Amazon only posts good reviews as if they are paid to reject the negative reviews. This is not good customer service. How can you do that to your loyal customers?!!!

they did 5 slaughter transactions and I can't believe the money... :(
Very Good, but can be Better
Im gonna try to shorten this by points:
-Variety: 4/5 (Many Products but can have more)
-Prices: 5/5 (Normal Prices, but great discounts)
-Shipping: 4/5 (Normal, Prime is good, but can be better)
-Quality: 3/5 (Most of my products are always Mint, but the Boxes always come damaged)
-Customer Service: 4/5 (Very Good)
-Prime Service: 5/5 (Excellent Service, Bonus, Rewards)
There is only one pretty bad thing always: "Prime Days", these days when they are supposed to bring a Perfect Service or at least a Better one... are always the WORST days...

The online store I trust the most in Mexico
It does not have some of the same advantages the .com version has but it is safe, what you buy is guaranteed and if anything goes wrong they respond quickly.
amazon.com.mx - For Copyright Owners
Amazon Mexico have no author central. They have no 'Report Incorrect Product Information' on the listings. The staff do not respond to messages. If you are listing more than one thing on Amazon, you will find that the Mexican site will not list all of your products. Those they do list will be listed incorrectly. There appears to be no way of updating the listings. Their information is not a reflection of the other Amazon sites. If your listing is incorrect, it is highly unlikely that you'll be able to correct it, therefore it is highly unlikely that you'll sell anything on there.
