Unacceptable service and zero reliability in Sweden

Ordered an item during Black Friday. Despite an already excessive delivery time of nearly three weeks, Amazon canceled the order just one day before the expected delivery date. No warning. No valid explanation. At the same time, the exact same item was still available for purchase on their website. This indicates serious issues with inventory control or misleading availability.

Customer service was useless. Every reply was clearly a predefined template, offering no real investigation, no accountability, and no solution. The issue was brushed off instead of addressed.

Canceling orders at the last minute after weeks of waiting is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for customers’ time. This was my worst online shopping experience in Sweden. Amazon Sweden cannot be trusted and should be avoided.

So I am a pastor with MS. I made a payment to my Amazon credit card account. I paid $45 payment to my account. Paying my cards on time an doing the right thing. So instead of amozon taking $45 to credit my account amozon took out $800 I called amozon upset thy said sorry an sent me check for $800 went to Wells Fargo they said check had a hold on it call back to amozon sorry we will send you another check 3 to 5 business days. I would get the check sometimes next week. I got a letter today saying they didn't receive receive paperwork.They need it.I have a copy of all paper works i sent amozon i sent it twice amozon says didn't receive anything an they are sending $800 to credit my account WHAT!! i am a part-time teacher with MS disabled that $800 for 2 weeks of pay.now i don have money for Thanksgiving no money for two weeks to live on... My Bible says to love your enemies. SO AMOZON HAPPY HOLIDAYS PREYING YOU HAVE FOOD FOR YOUR FAMILY GOD BLESS

Bought over 10 years MP3 an have no way to download in batches

Bought over 10 years MP3 albums and single MP3's and they only allow downloading them 1 by 1, utterly shambolic as i managed to have hundreds if not thousands of songs i owe and don’t know how to download my purchases onto my PC in batches, calling amazon support got me nowhere either!
I cannot recommend purchasing digital content from Amazon!

Amazon refuses to print my review of the used, defective remote that bricked my TV

Is it Amazon's policy now to print only positive and not-too-negative reviews?

Amazon sold me a used, defective, repacked remote that bricked my TV
.
After 6 1/2 hours of constant effort, I finally got my television to work again!

Details and what I expect Amazon to do:
I received a remote control with a torn box, no cellophane or plastic sleeve that Amazon sold to me as "new." It was obviously a used return. When I tried it on my Smart TV, it paired and froze my TV, rendering my TV inoperative and useless.

The two working remotes I have, one without voice control and the other with a faulty back button, would no longer work on the frozen TV.

I could not reset my TV for over six hours no matter how I tried using every available method. I even called the manufacturer who told me that my TV was bricked and I needed to buy a new TV.

Finally, after 6 1/2 hours of trying, I disconnected everything that was plugged into my TV and after plugging in only the power cord, the reset finally worked.

Amazon's Resolution:
After speaking to six managers, supervisors, and customer service representatives. was for me to return the remote to get a $10 refund. My 6 1/2 hours of time, inconvenience and frustration meant nothing to Amazon. Customer service argued that it was only a $10 item even though I have made hundreds of purchases from Amazon – including expensive ones. By the same token, if a backfired bullet it sold knowing the box was defective, critically injured a person, Amazon would refund $1 for the bullet. No matter that sending me a used, defective remote had injured me by costing me 6 1/2 hours of my time, inconvenience, and frustration.

I returned the remote so that Amazon can inspect it and issue a refund.

My Proposed Resolution:
The least amazon should do is to give me a substantial gift card to compensate me for my time and inconvenience.

Shame on Amazon!

No product, no service and they want you to fight to get your money back - Nightmare unworthy of the name Amazon

First time buying from amazon.se and it could not be more of a nightmare. I am from the US and accustomed to the quality of service and support, including a swift move to right any wrongs...NONE OF THAT exists here! I am left to assume it is a license deal for the name, as this is like a joke of an experience.

Purchased a product with prime delivery guarantee.

Every day an update that it will be another day.

Another day.

Another day.

Then - Oh, it may be lost...

Contact the pretend Amazon customer abuse, er, service line - hey, let's wait a few more days they say

Um, ok.

A few days later - Gosh, we're sorry, here is a form and a long list of paperwork you need to send so we can investigate before considering a refund....DESPITE THE FACT THEIR OWN TRACKING SAYS CLEARLY IT WAS LOST AND NEVER DELIVERED

This is a scam. Sadly common. They know some people will not go through the effort or will forget then they just keep the money.

And even less will file complaints or lawsuits for what is clearly a scam operation.

So, yeah - maybe do not use this service!

Terrible customer support

Terrible customer support. Webpage fools you constantly so that they scam you for more money. I have a gift card balance, and when I was using it they still charged my bank account the full amount.

Clearly thieves work at this company. And when I try to get help they are just asking me a bunch of stupid questions and not even sorting the issue.

I advise NOBODY to use Amazon. They need to fix their support. Being a leader in the industry means that they should be honest and provide a good customer experience. But it seems they just use their position of dominance to treat customers in any way they want.

I bought 4 items and did not receive one of the items. I contacted the seller and got no response (2 weeks). Don't care about Swedish card payment safty wall

Dident like that order from Amazon with my mastercard was not approved with ordinary swedish safety wall for e-shopping safty. With bankid connected to my bank as all the rest e-commerce uses in Sweden. Its from Amazon clear that they use a .se domain and should in that line of e-shop use the Swedish safty wall and not just don't care about it.

I made an order on Silkland… through Amazon...

I ordered a cable from Silkland through amazon, it was covered in narcotics when you opened the package it was contagious in the air.

I returned it and got my money back. Afterwards they sent me a free cable tho, but the customer support wanted photos of the product..

Blocked account for no reason

Opened an account, place an order and paid for it.

Within 1 minute the account was blocked and the order was cancelled. No explanation given, only that customer service can't help and to follow their online procedure (which is a waste of time). No refund has been provided.

Feels like a scam and really unfair random treatment. Will purchase from another store.
