Nightmare

Nightmare. Every. Single. Time.
Remember, if you have any options, don’t ever settle for these gaslighting liars. As many other people have pointed out, they will rob you, keep your money for at least a month after you’ve returned a defective item and lie to you every single time you contact them.

Have the chat transcripts available for you and the agent? Well, believe me, they mean nothing. The Amazon agents will refuse to put you through to their supervisors, and gaslight you about things you’ve written themselves black on white. They will, every single time you contact them (average is between 6-15 to get a refund, but oftentimes you have to contact them more than 23 times to get your money back) tell you that the former agent, so their colleague, gave you false information and while they’ll apologize for the inconvenience they will make you another false promise.

You’ve been promised a call-back? Won’t ever happen. Never. Ever. You can be sure of that, it doesn’t work 110% of all cases.

Ordered an item sold by a third party seller? In 80% of all cases won’t get it, and the process of getting your money back will destroy you.

Why? Because the item you’ve payed for won’t ever dispatch. And Amazon will make sure to gaslight you and give the seller 2 more days to answer. But not once, just every single time you get in touch with them about the same damn item. Last time I got that about 11 times. Then, they will tell you that all those agents who promised you callbacks, or that it would get resolved after these 2 days immediately - well, the current agent understands you, and is very sorry, but all those other ones “didn’t know the rules”. Because now, you have to wait till your expected delivery date, plus four days and only then (and only if it’s full moon) you can contact Amazon again and ask for a refund. Which, make no mistake, will be initiated the next working day and you will get your money back to your account in no less than 5-7 working days, meaning 11 days in total if you’re lucky. Although, if you’re… remember that only after the seven days are off they will be able to see if anything “went wrong”, and then… you will not only get a promise of a call back, a BRAND NEW estimated date of when you’ll get your refund and finally, your money back after another 5-7 days.

So unless you expect that you won’t run into issues with what you’re planning to order, just the slightest ones, such as damaged or open packaging on the item itself, or wrong kind, wrong color, wrong size, late delivery or no delivery, damaged goods, spilled goods, faulty goods, electronics that don’t work, knobs that break off after one use or a rem of paper that is supposed to be 250 pages but somehow, holds only half of that, than save yourself a lot of pain and time and just shop elsewhere.

I got robbed of a graphic card!
I made an order on the 13th November, everything was confirmed on my mail. They didn't have the graphics card in stock, the delivery date was beginning of December (now). They didn't withdraw the money when I made the order, instead they chose to take the money at random before delivery! My bank blocked the transaction and called me to ask me if it's safe, and if I know about it. I confirmed that everything was ok, and that I made the order last month. In the meantime, Amazon sent a mail that the order was cancelled since they couldn't withdraw the money! I contacted support and told them that I had the money in my account since the day of purchase! I said that it wasn't the fault from my side, since Amazon was supposed to withdraw the money when I did the initial purchase! Furthermore, I kept the money at all times in my account, so THIS wouldn't happen! He said that he couldn't help me and that's it. I missed so many good deals during the waiting period (Black Friday tex), and I waited for so long, just to get the order cancelled!
Trickster Amazon, no wonder people avoid buying from it.

They keep delaying and losing packages. I have yet to receive something from them in time.

They have issued me refunds for part of the lost orders, but what is the point in buying from a service where you rarely ever receive your packages?

Absolut crap company

Absolut useless company, I have been trying to register a product as a seller for 2 weeks now and only received bad customer support.

I tried the chat today and got:
Khan: "Hello from Amazon Seller Support! My name is Rukhsar How may I assist you ?"

then I asked my question in which he responded with: "Ok"

and 5 minutes later ended the chat? dont accosiate with amazon as a company, they will just charge you for nothing

I cannot get in contact with Amazon

I cannot get in contact with Amazon, they claim to have a phone number (+1 1-206-577-1364) but that number does not exist, they keep charging me and there is no way I can get in contact with them, pure scam and a way to cheat people.

Dishonest

I was a heavy user on Amazon for some time due to their wide selection of items and generally fast delivery. I noticed some issues along the way, such as:

1) Saying an item could be dispatched in a few months, then canceling the order before the shipment date
2) No expected delivery date months after ordering an item
3) No correcting of false advertisements of products when I bring this to their attention
4) Refusal to publish negative reviews regarding points 1 and 2 (can't complain about shipment and delivery!?)

But with the latest prime day, I can really say that they took the cake by:

5) INCREASING THE PRICE of items that were in my basket while shopping...with NO NOTIFICATION!

When I contacted customer service, they said I should remove items and re-add them to my cart every 15 minutes to keep checking if the price is the same!?

I'm appalled that all these things are even legal in the EU!

No packages make it through border control...

I've ordered packages at 4 different occasions and everytime border control "throws away" my stuff because it's harmful... just give me my skincare stuff... i got a gift card for 500skr and everytime the sellers give me a refund it goes back into amazon credit so I literally have 500skr I can't use because no order ever makes it to my door... only time i was close to get my order was when someoen tried to scam me... i'm so dissapointed in their service... i guess i'll switch to german amazon...

Bad delivery and nonchalant support

Ordered a package with prime shipping (1-3 days delivery) after after 2 weeks i contacted the support that said they will get back to me, but they never did. After 26 days after i places my order that should have been delivered in 1-3 days i contacted the support once again, and all thet could say was sorry and we don't know when your package will be delivered. So 26 days for a delivery that said 1-3 days and still no package and no information on when it should be delivered
