The most rubbish service and company…

The most rubbish service and company that sells items in Sweden! AVOID even if the price is cheaper than other shops. Amazon.se puts people in more trouble and time consumption than any other company.

I have been sent a package with an item I have never ordered and my items were missing. I am not refunded until I send the package back, and that takes 14 working days. Totally unacceptable! I am never buying again from them!!!

Amazon has slowly gone down hill with…

Amazon has slowly gone down hill with its delivery service. I have had packages of goods left at my gate (even though I have clear delivery instructions) in the middle of my street, which can be stolen by anyone. Yet the driver states that the item was handed to the resident. Maybe they should wear body cams as they are clearly not monitored. Customer Services don’t really care either if your item(s) have been stolen. I have reached a point when I dread an Amazon delivery because it’s never delivered to my delivery specifications. Should consumers feel like this about a service? I don’t think so. Please Amazon be proactive in training your staff to save your good name. I’ve even had an item thrown over my gate onto the drive. Not everyone can leave their homes to shop and depend on businesses like yours.

Amazon Online Shopping, Not fit for purpose.

14 May 2024. Took delivery of a high end BBQ Smoker Grill, ordered through Amazon SE.

On Sunday 16 May 2024. Attempted to assemble the Smoker from Amazon.

The product was faulty. The alignment for the rear back leg which housed the wheel bar was totally misaligned. This therefore unbalanced the whole lower frame and would not allow attachment of the BBQ & Smoker elements.

I utilised Amazon chat, conversed with an Amazon Customer Service Representative in the name of Nicole. Explained that the product was faulty. Advice provided, that as the Customer in receipt of faulty goods, it was my responsibility to pay for and return the product back to Amazon.

I questioned why it is the customer who should organise and pay for faulty goods. The product weighed 28 Kilo and this would be costly. Also directed Amazon's Customer Service Representative to my unfortunate medical condition and because of this I am unable to drive or have the use of a vehicle. (Sufficient evidence to prove my medical condition)

Call dropped out by Nicole.

Call picked up by Kajsa, Amazon Customer Service Representative. Who then had to re- read my complaint. On doing so, she made the problem sound trivial and that I should try and mend the problem myself. Given the cost, this was unacceptable, furthermore had I have done any alterations and damaged the product further, then I would be liable. Any guarantees would be cancelled.
I explained again the unfortunate situation with my my personal health. The restrictions placed on me regarding owning or driving a vehicle. Amazon Customer Service Representative Kajsa showed no compassion or negated to offer any assistance. My request to speak with an Amazon Senior Representative went unanswered.

Monday 17 June 2024. Contacted UPS to pickup from home address in Sölvesborg Sweden. Service to return faulty product cost in total €42.00. Product has to be returned to the Amazon Fulfillment Centre in Poland. Therefore shipping to another country incurred greater cost.
Amazon I believe sets an upper limit for the refund of Postal Costs, I am unsure if I meet these requirements. However, this is an opportunity for an Amazon Representative to respond with the appropriate answer for me and future customers.

This whole experience has caused much stress and worry. I have been a long standing customer of Amazon within the UK, Spain and now Sweden. Going forward, because of this experience, I no longer feel Amazon is fit for purpose.

The worse company ever

The worse company ever, I have been FBA seller more than a year ago, then because of the high charges and the no-mercy strategy they have, i decided to close my account.

It took six month trials to close the account, every time they ask you to do something new, if you do not do, then they charge more.. the account can't be closed until you pay more.. things you never used, and when you think it is the end.. there is more to pay..

I started opening tickets, and everytime they answer to you in a non professional way, so the main problem(i will be more clear now) is that there was a stock to be destroyed(also you pay for that).
So i requested to destroy all the stock and i aimed to close the account after that, the stock was in 3 parts, they deleted two, but one was still there.. and something in the process went wrong, so it seems the process didn't finish in the system (stock still existing), but it finished in real life(no real stock).. and this make them not knowing where the stock went.. plus i have to pay extra for a stock that did not exist.
and here is the loop:
they can't close the case until they find the stock..

In the end i stopped my credit card, since they kept withdrawing money, for no reasons.. including the stock space that don't exist.

I kept opening cases, and one of the cases, one of their team answered weird, he told me i understand the stress that you have and that you could be tired (something like that).
I had to upload many reports and emails, to show him that he was wrong and that they have an error in their system, and it is not my fault.. but am still paying..

In the end i got contacted from Amazon luxemburg, telling me that they will fix my problem and i should be patient.. i waited looooong time, and waited and waited, every while they send to me that it is in process.. then i didn't hear from them anymore..

When i checked, i figured out they didn't close the account. still they want me to pay something..

When i try to log in into my account to see what is the problem, i can't see anything including the support messages, and the only thing they want me to do is to pay something to be able to login..

Still till now i receive reports of payments, for a stock that i already paid to be thrown, and they don't understand..

Today one year or more struggling to close my account, they scam me with hundred of messages every couple of days, asking me to pay, i don't know what...

This review, i am writing after more than a year, just imagine how much unprofessional they are.. and after this message, and after a year i might be writing the same thing.

I have all the scams, and the emails they sent to me.. my next step is the official customers protection in Sweden..

My nightmare continue..

Amazon uses the world’s cheapest and worst shipper

Amazon uses a company named Gaash Worldwide Deliveries to ship orders to Israel. Gaash has got to be the world’s cheapest and worst shipper. It picks up shipments from Amazon but waits until it has a planeload full of shipments to Israel before flying them. This typically takes several weeks. Their website has no updated tracking information for weeks because their plane never leaves the ground until it is full. Messages to the Gaash management are ignored. They picked up my last Amazon order on May 17 but have just told me by phone (on May 26) that their plane has not left the U.S. Amazon uses Gaash because they are dirt cheap. Amazon needs to learn to use a good shipper and to outdo its competitors the honest and hard way. Giving their customers very poor service is a very bad way of making money.

Amazon has become worse than EBAY

Amazon has become worse than EBAY, now where do we go? ETSY, Walmart.com, (Walmart.com has completely knocked off Amazon. They sell everything that Amazon has at Walmart.com and are growing everyday. There is no brand in the world trusted more then Walmart. It only makes sense that they would copy Amazon. Amazon has turned into the worst untrustworthy company in the last year. 30 days for a refund? Because they shipped you the wrong item? New company policy. 30 days on refunds. Why would I buy anything from an online site where I have to wait 30 days for a refund, when they ship the incorrect product or for any reason?
Stay away from this company,(AMAZON) they use to be the best ,just like EBAY was, when they had PAYPAL, now EBAY all CEO's are in Federal Prison for 16 years. They now have resorted to theft. No one speaks English, customer service reps are RUDE at Amazon! Their AI is dumber than a 3 year old.
Boy how fast things can change. I spend $50K a year on Amazon, not anymore. Third party delivery people in beat up vans coming to your home eyeballing all your expensive cars? No Thanks, Drivers without an AMAZON truck. They look creepy especially when their vehicles are rusted, with no mufflers, and they all Speak NO ENGLISH creepy looking people eye balling your assets. UPS don't do that, FED-X don't do that, they are trusted and good. The FEDS are after them for their Prime Scandal which is an on going investigation. I clicked on fastest shipping the next thing I know my credit card was charged for PRIME!!!!~ Unauthorized use of a credit Card would put you and I in jail, not them...

False advertising

I ordered a LG UltraGear 27GP850P-B March 21 2024. It was on sale, -14%. March 28 I got an email stating: "We wanted to let you know that due to a delay in delivery, your Amazon order xxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx may arrive one to two business days later than expected."
March 29 I got a 2nd email:
"You ordered the item below, but the package is being returned to us by the carrier. We've issued your refund. You can find the list of possible reasons why the package is being returned to us as undelivered here."
I got the refund to my bank account March 29.
HOWEVER, the LG UltraGear 27GP850P-B is still available at Amazon but not with -14% anymore. So there is no availability issue of this product at Amazon.
Conclusion: Amazon makes false advertising in order to pull you into purchase and now they believe the customer will re-purchase it without rebate. NO WAY.
I will avoid Amazon when selecting vendor of my future purchases.

To bad there isn't a 0 stars option

To bad there isn't a 0 stars option! Amazon is awful!! Bad quality products shipped from china, or sometimes never even shipped. I apid for sth I never got, 2 months later the order is still processing. I canceled it and I hope I get a refund. 1 year ago I ordered 2 versions of sth and i sent back the one. Sent it back to the seller in China. I never got a refund. I tried many times to contact Amazon but I only got to fill in forms and "wait for answer". There is no way to get in touch with customer service!!! I wrote a review about it, and oh surprise surprise! They didn´t publish, I got an email that my review is not accepted. I have kept that email. This was the last time I order from Amazon, I am deleting the account now.

Amazon is not refunding me for something I never received.
They keep asking me to fill in a form and then, asks me to fill it again with different dates and are refusing to issue the refund.
Horrible customer service. Will look for other on line stores and Amazon is my last option from now on.
