amazing site, I don't buy there so often but when I do the shipping company takes care of customs and I get the product to my doorsteps and the item arrives super quickly.

Amazon's customer service is not the…

Amazon's customer service is not the greatest, most of them talk to me in a way, where you can tell that they are using templates which are not even fitting the situation. I cannot lie sometimes their deliveries were on time and without any defects, but i can also say that a lot of times the delivery was late and/or defective

AMAZON WARNING

Amazon is pushing Prime day again, DONT fall for it its a scam to get you to click on it and then they sign you up to Prime Membership whether you want it or not, by clicking on it they argue that you have signed up for it and it will cost you just under £80 per year

Amazon has been great.

Amazon has been great.
Their deliveries are on time and in good condition.
Their customer service staff are also great. Every issue I've had, they've resolved immediately.

Amazon Delivery Driver caused war with my neighbours and now I may have to move.

If I could award Amazon's delivery service zero, then I would, but because I cannot, I give them 1 star out of 4.

Basically, forget telling Amazon where you want your order delivered because they leave it where they want to. I cannot believe they left my order with a warmongering neighbour I do not talk to and frequently have to call the Police on and caused so much fallout I may have to move. Moreover, the spiteful neighbour that the Amazon left my order with refused to give it to me and told me that they treat it as a gift from me because it was given to them in my name by the Amazon delivery driver. I told Amazon about it, and they have no plan to collect my order back from my neighbour and gave me a refund which to me is a further kick in the teeth. I cannot believe my hard-earned cash has been spent on my adversary, and to me, it is like paying someone for bullying and harassing me, and it is what I had to contend with over the years from my neighbour in dispute. After the incident, the relationship with the neighbour is now on an all-time low, and I may have to move, thanks to Amazon's blunder.

I'm a well-known NYT journalist

I'm a well-known NYT journalist. My old laptop was filled with coffee and I decided to buy a new one. Made an order of a new laptop on Amazon, order number 113-4399848-7345839. In response, no one wanted to solve my problem, the investigation of the parcel began every three days. As a result, I was blocked without explanation, terrible service. And that's given that Amazon and I have an advertising collaboration.

Great online experience

Amazon customer service are one of the best if amazon ship the item, they do fail if the item shipped by a third party. But I use amazon lot and rarly have any issues and their are customer service put it right very quickly.

i love amazon i can order any thing i want, i can find any thing. if they don't have it in stock they will find it and make sure i get it for where ever. the prices are good, the service it great and customer service is awesome

Amazon - a convenience or value?

You pay for a service and expect to get service. They are really slipping. You are lucky to get your items ordered 2-3 days later after you place your order. You use to get it the next day and 2-3 days later, customer service does NOT exist. They advertise new and yet you get used or opened products. It's a convenience but NOT a service IMHO.

GOT SCREWED BY AMAZON / Randy McElroy

On April 27 ordered wheel dolly's in stock at Amazon 10 days after ordered they still have not shipped. Called amazon and asked to speak to customer service Rep on May 6. I explained to him his name was Gabriel and he advised it would ship in a few days the same thing was told to me Monday and now it is Thursday.And Gabriel said would ship in few days, that means wont ship at least till Monday May 10th at soonest. I explained to him WAL MART HAS SAME PART AND PRICE AND SHIP AND RECEIVE IN 2 DAYS. He told me that is my best option. About 15 days and have to go elsewhere LAST TIME AMAZON IS MY 1st CHOICE!!!!!!!!!! WAL MART HERE I COME will RECEIVE MONDAY 10th !!!!!!!!!!! SHAPE UP AMAZON$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ LOSING MONEY
