I have Prime, because it is an absolute must for any serious consumer.

Constant late shipping or lost packages since Sept. 2020, they were fine before that even with covig-19 troubles. I do believe they are aware of there problems and at least starting to make changes. But there have been millions of complaints, from what I can gather. Don't like paying $110 year for prime and not receiving the service I paid for.

I can't access my account for the third day. During this time, Amazon sends the same OTP codes that the system does not accept. This is real bullying. My Facebook posts were wiped by Amazon, the managers who wrote to me did not help in any way, they offered me to call a phone number that was not specified. Terrible customer support.

I have been a business owner for over 40 years and customer service is everything to me. The Amazon agent canceled my refund instead of applying it to my gift card. Now I'm out of $85.00 with no apologies. All I keep getting is the run around. I have been a dedicated Amazon Prime member for a very long time. Amazon If loosing your integrity for $85.00 means more to you than loyal customers then Amazon is not a company that I would recommend doing business with. I'm old school so remember the same folks you pass going up the ladder will be the same folks you pass going down. (Food for thought)

Just bought and had delivered a chest of drawers for my bedroom. Very flimsy, tremendously hard to put together and the instructions were very vague. Doesn't set flat on the floor rocks back and forth, it was missing pieces of hardware. My opinion is it is a piece of junk. I'm throwing it in the trash and going to a furniture store period should have done that in the first place. Beware buying furniture from Amazon.

As a prime customer I used to consistently get 3 to 4 day delivery. NOW IT'S 10 TO 14 DAYS!!! Other retailers are delivering in 3 to 4 days consistently!
