Lately since Covid I have had defective items.
Yet they are more than happy to exchange or refund.

I am not happy that the quality of the purchased items is poor.

they do not deliver the item on time. My son's got disappointed with an outcome.

Very disappointed in Amazon. I wanted to purchase 3 items from a company and when I go to checkout they are billing 3 separate shipping charges when the items are being sold by the same seller 😡
They’re excuse is that the items are being shipped by different warehouses. What a BS line 😡

Very disappointed in how they have handled shipments during COVID19. 2 day delivery is a joke, they are no longer on Rakuten (Ebates) and one driver came to my door without a mask.

I WAS WORKING THERE PART TIME AND WAS TERMINATED BECAUSE OF MY REACTION TO A Y62 YR OLD WHITE MAN CALLING ME THE 'N' WORD. FOR OVER 2 1/2 MONTHS, I'D COMPLAINED TO MANAGERS, SUPERVISORS, ABOUT THIS MAN HARASSING AND ANTAGONIZING ME. NOTHING WAS EVER DONE! HE'D EVEN HIT ME WITH A CART ONE DAY. THEN HE CALLED ME A N_____...AMAZON TERRIBLE!

They stole $310 from me without saying why after I gave them all my documents, beware of Amazon they will take your money and block your account with no warning like they did to me, I will sue them in a court..thieves

Amazon is the best. I had to return an item, and they were fast and efficient.

I have Prime, because it is an absolute must for any serious consumer.

Always check with Amazon before you buy.

Constant late shipping or lost packages since Sept. 2020, they were fine before that even with covig-19 troubles. I do believe they are aware of there problems and at least starting to make changes. But there have been millions of complaints, from what I can gather. Don't like paying $110 year for prime and not receiving the service I paid for.

I can't access my account for the third day. During this time, Amazon sends the same OTP codes that the system does not accept. This is real bullying. My Facebook posts were wiped by Amazon, the managers who wrote to me did not help in any way, they offered me to call a phone number that was not specified. Terrible customer support.

They don't care about you, just get your money and send your stuff when they want. Good luck finding anyone to help. Shop small, at least small businesses have a reason to help you.

Amazon’s delivery is unbeatable. The returns policy is clear and efficiently administered and the company is very responsive to any issues concerning its market place traders

I have been a business owner for over 40 years and customer service is everything to me. The Amazon agent canceled my refund instead of applying it to my gift card. Now I'm out of $85.00 with no apologies. All I keep getting is the run around. I have been a dedicated Amazon Prime member for a very long time. Amazon If loosing your integrity for $85.00 means more to you than loyal customers then Amazon is not a company that I would recommend doing business with. I'm old school so remember the same folks you pass going up the ladder will be the same folks you pass going down. (Food for thought)

On time delivery...terms and conditions particularly on the payment has always been followed..so far, I am satisfied with the quality of the items I have ordered.

Just bought and had delivered a chest of drawers for my bedroom. Very flimsy, tremendously hard to put together and the instructions were very vague. Doesn't set flat on the floor rocks back and forth, it was missing pieces of hardware. My opinion is it is a piece of junk. I'm throwing it in the trash and going to a furniture store period should have done that in the first place. Beware buying furniture from Amazon.

As a prime customer I used to consistently get 3 to 4 day delivery. NOW IT'S 10 TO 14 DAYS!!! Other retailers are delivering in 3 to 4 days consistently!
NO response from Amazon on why!

Amazon is where I shop 80% of the time for over 10 years. As long as I can get delivers where I live I will always shop at Amazon.
