For all of the years that I've used Amazon, I've only run into a few issues like defective items, items not as described or shipments gone missing. Every time, their customer support is pretty reasonable. Only reason no 5-star is a couple of things: 1) it's getting really really hard to sift through the bad/white label products and being 100% confident that you'll receive legitimate consumables. 2) the way they break up orders even when you opt to get everything shipped in as least shipments as possible. Amazing how one order can turn into 5+ shipments.

Customer service is non existent at this point. Empathy is flat. Order packages with deadlines they provide to not receive anything. They even tell ya it’s in the warehouse. But they don’t know why it hasn’t shipped. Resolutions are pointless when they just apologize and pass the buck. Zero retention efforts. Just electronic shoulder shrugs

Amazon the greedy monopoly
Amazon has done gotten so rich and full of themselves they dont care if you get the item you ordered or not, then when you dont and you try to get a replacement for what you actually ordered, they get that shipment correct but a month later they charge you again for the same item. You pay for it on intitial order, they send wrong item, you order a replacement, its right, then 4wks later they take another payment for that item again. Once they get your money its about impossible to get it back. Thats why this company needs to be broken down to pieces to stop their stranglehold on this area of business. A monopoly is what theyve become. Greed is what their about now. The episode of south park about amazon and its founder is dead on.

box item (listed under Amazon prime label) and hadn't arrived as of Aug. 29, which was ordered on Aug. 7 and the notices were changed from day to day. I listed a negative review and Amazon reported they would not publish it because they were not responsible?

Amazon delivery driver left my package in the driveway. It contained beef jerky and was eaten by a local dog. The app said the package was handed to the resident. So I guess they lie also. Will not be ordering anything from Amazon as long as they hire people like this. Unbelievably poor customer service.

I love Amazon
I love Amazon! We rarely if ever have had any negative experiences and anytime we have had anything go amiss, or arrive in an improper state, they have responded immediately and very generously dealt with the issue. I feel eternally grateful to their workers who have pretty much kept the country in food, clothing, cleaning, entertainment, and home repair products since the Covid lockdown went into effect.

Prime Customer. I have noticed the time for delver has been atrocious since the start of July. Delivery Drivers always polite and professional. It’s the items leaving the warehouse that has slowed down big style. During the the worst days of the virus I fully understood and it was not a issue. However if this keeps up I will have to cancel my Prime membership.
