Forgot about my order 3 years later never got my order

I was so excited to see that these lights not only work, but they are beautiful that would compliment plants or bushes anywhere in your Landscaping! They were really easy to assemble and nice to show the beauty at night time, I definitely recommend them.

I would give it 0 stars if I could,

I ordered it was about $42.87 I received my package today they sent me a completely different shirt than what I ordered and a ugly sweater! The material they use cheap asf!I requested the refund through their email , but since they are answering my email i went on the facebook spent lots of time and i found this help which is⁶⁰⁷⁴³⁸

three four nine8 i contacted the company I had an issue with sending the item back really help me to return this thing back Needed some help from Customer Service and the care team was a great help. I sent an email no luck than I went on the BBB Complaint site and I found the company support line which was +1 six zero seven⁴³⁸³⁴⁹⁸and i reach out the support team I had an issue with return really help me to return this thing back Needed some help from Customer Service and the care team was a great help. Problem was taken care of quickly. Skip this site and purchase elsewhere! If I could I’d give them a zero rating. Very poor workmanship and stitching. Fit was gapping at neckline very u neck not v neck as picture

I wish I reviewed them before. placing an order. i has been 4 month since i ordered an item that NEVER was delivered and they refuse to refund it or send another one. Paypal cooperates with them , since the only payment option was through them and they said that items from this company are not eligible for customers protection when i contacted them . that sucks. i filed a police report and gathering people to file a collective lawsuit against them" the more the merrier, lets put them to rot in jail as they deserve!!!. please let me know if you want to join me. Ordered something for the 4th of July advertised as in stock and ships within 24-48 hours. It never arrived and still has not ( July 12th). I have requested a refund, they offered 10% discount on merchandise I never received! They advised me to return (at my expense the merchandise to China), as I don’t have it I cannot return it and certainly will not without a prepaid return label. Had to call my financial institution to dispute the fee. Pretty sure this company is fraudulent, buyer beware!!!

Beware!!!! I ordered a swimsuit on 6/20/2021. It is now 7/8/2021 and I have not received it, nor has Americtops sent me any tracking updates. Additional shipping time given was something like 5-7 days. They require you to download the “Shop” app to track orders. That app also has no tracking information. After seeing several other online reviews of people with the same experience, I’m convinced this is a fraudulent company. I’ve emailed them asking about my order and suspect that I will need to file a dispute with my financial institution.

I ordered a bathing suit for my granddaughter and it took to long to receive it, so I canceled my order and they refunded me my full amount.

Ordered 6 items, only two of them were right. The other four are probably the most ugliest thing they had. Not even close to what we ordered. Really bad experience

Wish I'd read the reviews b4 ordering. Rcvd item-a tee: wrong color, style, poorly made. No return address, nothing on how/where to return. I emailed asking where to return & response was to keep the item as they didn't have a return address other than somewhere in China, it would take a long time to return, they wouldn't know if the item was rcvd, it costs a lot to mail to China (?!) The excuses were many & weird. All emails from them are anonymous, w/ several asking if I'd rcvd the item, others asking for continued order verification. They finally offered 40% refund "right away" & keep the item (it'll be donated to Salvation Army). No refund so far & until it does, this review stands. Are they legit? A scam? Reseller of goods knowing they're selling/sending poor quality/wrong items & keeping 80-60% of the markup? Anyone? FTC/Consumer organizations know anything?

I would have given zero stars if possible. I ordered a pair of pants and instead I received a swimsuit and a pair of pants that could possibly be to long for a 7 foot tall woman to wear. Sent the stuff back at my own expense and have little confidence that I will get a full refund. Lesson learned.

I am still dealing with them and calling them out on EVERYTHING! I have been thru what all these other people have been thru!

I have worked in a company for years and In a professional way you DO NOT respond by saying HI DEAR and end with GOOD NIGHT ! This is just a few of MANY things!!!

Please report this company to the Federal Trade Commission. They are scammers. Also, report to your payment app if you used one.

Order a schitts creek shirt it was advertised through fb. Took a month and they shipped me a sweater that says mama bear and a oversize swim suit. All email responses are vague and don't answer my question.

I ordered a sweatshirt for my wife and they pulled the bait and switch. She received a sweatshirt nothing like was ordered and a swimsuit which had not been ordered. I will never order from this company ever again and would not recommend anyone else order from this company as well. They will rip you off and not answer any email questions you ask them.

SCAMMERS!! DONT BUY FROM THEM! THEY SEND WRONG ITEAMS AND DONT EXCHANGE OR REFUND YOUR FULL PURCHACE AMOUNT!! I'm so disappointed

I have returned inferior product to this company and I have not received a refund! You sent me the wrong product I'm sending you back everything you extra send you sent extra product I don't know because you thought you're proud of your s*** but I send it all back to you I want my refund NOW

Do not use this company send you the wrong product and then offer you a 30% refund dont ever buy from them

If I could leave a -5☆ review ,it would still be to generous!To describe this experience with out using vulgar language is impossible. Every aspect was horrible. So since I cannot use an expletives in leaving this review, please save yourself the grief and hassle. This place should not even be in business,customer service was unbelievably bad, I thought I was being punked! Every time I have to send yet another email ,I ask myself,"are these people for real?!" So so so bad, it's almost a joke. Save yourself the grief that 21/2 months later I am still dealing with!!!
