SCAM... not brand ordered... label says shipped from CA but tracking shows it’s from China! Horrible knock offs

I ordered a blouse and they shipped a swimsuit and a marijuana shirt; of which I would NEVER wear either. They won’t provide instructions to ship back and issue a refund despite numerous emailed requests! Buyer beware. They are in China and NOT CA!!

They get a zero. Be aware people they are scamming us. Sent me nothing like I ordered. Just junk.

I waited forever for my item which was a beautiful dress , they sent me a bathing suit and bathing suit cover. I am so upset, now I don't have my dress for vacation. I'm literally in tears. I don't have time to find another dress. $45 I wasted . Mine and my husband's first vacation ever and this happens. I will never order clothes online again. This has ruined it for me.

Zero stars ⭐️ for being a business that is just trying to scam people out of their money during a National Pandemic! Ok, their grift is to never give you entire order, but 1or 2 items so they have a tracking number. Don’t forget the many months it will take to get to you. The product they do send looks ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE THEIR WEBSITE. Stay away from here! Why is PayPal allowing this?

This company is a scam. Bottom line. They take your money, send you the wrong product and offer a 10% refund. I’m embarrassed I fell for it. Wish I could give it negative 3 stars.

Twice I have ordered from this company. I didn't learn the first time and decided to give them a second chance to send me the correct sweatshirt I really wanted! The first order I ordered 2 sweatshirts - one was correct and I like it. The 2nd shirt wasn't even a sweatshirt. I contacted AmericTops and they wanted ME to ship the wrong item back to China and pay the overseas shipping charges. Then they would refund me for the wrong item and then send the correct one. I check into their return policy and that is not what it says. I said I would send it back to the "seller" in California and they could send it back since they didn't check to see if the item was correct as they claim they do. The names and addresses on the package are fictitious. They said it was to expensive and a hassle to ship it back. So they offered me a 10% refund and keep the item, and I could have a yard sale or donate it to the needy. I told them I'll send it back and you do that. Then it went to 20%, etc, etc. Finally they refunded me the full amount after a couple of weeks of emails back and forth. So the second time which was in February, I got the wrong sweatshirt again, plus a 2 piece swimsuit,I never even ordered! Same go around again and am still trying to get a refund. This time I was told the employees are overworked, exhausted, and the demand for their items is overwhelming! I reported this to PayPal and after weeks of communicating with the seller through PayPal and it is still going on! I wrote PayPal and told them to check out this site and read all the negative reviews. And I told them I am surprised they would be affiliated with such a company as Chicwer, Americ Tops, Best Deal, or whatever other names they go by. DO NOT order from here!!!!!! You will be disappointed. All the negative reviews can't be wrong and the positive ones were most likely written by them!

This is not a legitimate e-commerce company. They will send you the wrong product, if they send it at all, then have the nerve to offer a 30% refund for something that's entirely their fault.

Do not be fooled. They are scammers. Save yourself the money and the headache.

Wouldn’t even give them one star. Ordered one super cute sweatshirt and what I got was two short that are cheaply made and I don’t like. I have been going back and forth and they are trying to bargain with me for my refund. Went from 20% to 80% and keep the shorts that I don’t wants I’m over it at this point. Worst company I’ve dealt with. Ughh wish I would never ordered from them.

ZERO STARS. DO NOT ORDER FROM AMERITOPS. I ordered two gorgeous, stylish tops. One never arrived and the second that did, looked like something my Grandma would wear!!! When I sent a photo, I was told that I could keep it as it would get lost if I tried to return it to China (NOT what their website says - that's FRAUD) and that I should give it to someone in need! Also, I was offered 20% off. Um - what? So, I pay 80% for one top that I didn't receive and 80% for a top that looks nothing like the photo on the website? No, I don't think so. We're up to a whopping 60% refund offer now and it has been DAYS of back and forth... I'm curious to see if they offer a full refund...I think I should just complain to PayPal at this point! Fed-up. Fake website - photos not true to product, false returns/refund policy. Terrible customer service. It has been exhausting trying to deal with them and very frustrating. Feeling cheated.

This has been the worst site I have ever been to In My Life they send me part of my order only to get the wrong pants I did not order and it took three months to get my shipment to me it's ridiculous try to talk to customer service is a joke. And I wanted my pants not what they sent me

Wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered anything from these guys. I ordered some Saint Patrick's Day stuff on February 10th and the merchandise, which was of inferior quality, arrived April 2nd -- 7 weeks later and 2 weeks after the holiday. I communicated with them three or four times during the shipping process and after seeing the merchandise, asked for a refund and they offered 10%. Not acceptable! I went to PayPal customer service and they resolved the issue for me but the whole process was way more hassle than the clothing is worth. The photos in their website are cute but the stuff arrives looking only vaguely like the photos. DON'T BUY FROM THESE GUYS.

I will give them a zero. My husband ordered me two pairs of jeans. We have yet to receive them and its been over a month. They finally wrote back to say they had been out of stock and had got it straightened out and sent one out the other arriving later. I have not received either pair. There is no phone number to talk to a person. I also wish I would have seen these other reviews. I am VERY angry. We don't have a hundred dollars yo give away ya know and now feel our debit card number could be at risk for fradualant use. What a scam. Do not order from here.

Horrible do not order from these guys I ordered feb 4 and it's still in shipping process.. I understand it comes from overseas but this is ridiculous I have emailed them numerous times but the same excuse they is a delay in the product .. never again dont not order from here.. save the money and the time and find a different company to order from

If I could give them a negative star I would. This is a Chinese company that has sent an item not close to what was ordered and the quality is poor. When asking for a exchange or refund, they expect you to pay for shipping back to China or they offer a 65% max refund after first offering a 20% refund. My suggestion DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

It's been 17 days still no item. They tell you no returns unless you return it within 30 days from purchase. I won't be able to return item because I'm out of time to return item now. Do not buy from this site.

I wanted some Valentine-related simple top and this site surfaced. I liked the image and the price... well, don’t they say that if smth looks too good to be true, do not trust it?... but I did and ordered the shirt on an impulse. $30. It arrived way after the Valentine, but THAT is not why I decide to write about this company! I was seriously perplexed when there were not one but TWO items in the package. And BOTH did not even remotely corresponded or related to the one I have ordered. I wish I could upload the picture of the one in particular: hideous color mixed with even more hideous crotchety details and cut out sleeves))) I hate to think that whoever was packing these was either in some serious substances or had such a unique taste that he/she decided to give me a double delight by carefully selecting those tops instead of what I wanted...
I decided to look into the company’s site more carefully. Well. No contact info besides the physical address in China (I actually visited this fascinating country and do not discriminate against it. However, in This case, I felt a strong desire to warn others before they shell their $$ and get the hopes high...
I did find the email and send them a message asking to contact me about my order. I am still waiting. They must be busy selecting random merchandise for others. Or, it’s a Grand Idea of imposing their taste and look on the rest of the population))) 🆘 btw, there was no receipt with my order or anything indicating the transaction/order number.
I am seriously considering going to my bank to check if they charges my card for one item or two. And if I find out that on top of the fact that the order was completely screwed up, I will spend more of my valuable time to get to these people and let them know what I think about their “business.”

Warning this company is a scam!!! I ordered two shirts. When they finally arrived not even close to the picture. In fact, they were so completely opposite of what I ordered, I had to laugh. Seriously, they sent me a bikini top maternity looking piece. I ordered a dress shirt for work. Also got a flowered hoodie. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE FRAUDS.

Scam! Incorrect products, poor quality, difficult to get refund. Have to file a complaint through PayPal. Do NOT order from this company.
