This is without question the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It took over a month to receive my order, and once received it was the wrong item not even relatively close to what I ordered. I emailed them in an effort to get the right product, but instead they attempted to negotiate a partial refund to me. Once I explained that wasn’t an option, they said I could pay for shipping myself and when they received their item I would get a full refund for the product but not for shipping. This company is not worth your time as they are a bunch of scam artists. Shop elsewhere because you are sure to be disappointed if you order from them.

It's too bad there isn't a "no star" box to check to rate this shameful excuse for a business. An item ordered for Christmas was never received. Rather, an incorrect item was sent a month too late. Despite multiple email correspondence explaining the error, no full refund was offered, no ppd return label was sent. This China based company is a customer's nightmare and a huge ripoff! They should be banned from conducting business on any internet platform. My regret is that I did not take the time to view all of the negative and accurate reviews prior to ordering. Lessons learned.....

Piece of crap foreign company, do not order from them ever. EVER EVER EVER. I ordered 3 items, 1 item arrived two months later and they said all three had been delivered. The 1 item they shipped, it was the wrong item. Piece of crap product and company. YOU GET NOOOO REFUND HERE! TAIWAN SUCKS!!!

I can’t even give a 1. I ordered 11/27/20
And started emailing on 12/17 to see where package was. We all know there has been a usps delay so I let it go. I emailed again on 1/4/21 and they said I would receive a hopping notification when it is shipped. I responded by saying it had tracking and shipping info on my order confirmation and when I look it up it doesn’t exist. Keep
In mind they took my money on 11/27! This week I got a shipping confirmation and 3 hours later a delivery notification all in the same day. Odd right? I get home to open the package and it contained one item that I did not order. The packaging information did not indicate that it was from americtops. Thank goodness they sent those emails and I was able to match the shipping with the package. I have been going round and round with them about receiving the wrong product. They keep offering me a discount on the wrong item sent. After 3 days of exhausting emails, I had to get my credit card company involved. Save yourself a lot of agony and do not order from them!

UPDATE: Since early December, I have fought this company for my money. I filed complaints everywhere I could think of, including the payment processing company they use, Oceanpayment. I finally received a partial payment but continued pressuring and today learned from Oceanpayment that a FULL refund had been directed and Americtops had been canceled as their customer. I am very relieved to have a fair resolution, though it took an inordinate amount of my time. It was the principle of the matter.

Can I give minus stars?? A total nightmare of a company!! I requested a cancel and refund for a delayed, UNSHIPPED product. They said "OK" but never did so; then said the order was shipped (gave bogus tracking docs) and 5 weeks later, after many an email, sent me an awful, cheap product I HAD NOT ordered and refused to refund my money. Do not be fooled by the cute stuff they show you. You won't get that! I paid for a product I never ordered!!!! Illegal?

Took 4 e-mails to get a response, When they did they gave bogus shipping info. Finally product arrived 6 WEEKS after order sent. Product was poor for the price paid.(screwed)

Absolutely horrible!!! Company is a scam. Items will take two months to get to you. Forget returning because they tell you it will cost you a fortune to send back to China. They they tell you they cannot guarantee they will even receive the return. They will keep offering a discount of 10% or 15% for you to just keep the item. One item came with black marks, again they will not return it. The quality is nothing that you see pictured. They have no customer service number. Such a disappointment. I cannot believe any company operates like they do. Taking advantage of people is disgusting.

I wish I would have seen the reviews before I ordered I placed my order 18 days ago and low and behold a shipping label still has not been created. So disappointed in the way this company operates. Sent an email and there response was they were having quality issues and I'd have to wait 10-15 days. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

If I could give less than a 1 star I would!!! Tired to cancer cancel my order when it was delayed weeks and they refused. When it finally arrived in mid-January (ordered 1st el of December) it was JUNK.
Sweatshirt with a bedazzled wine glass is not a sweatshirt (it's like paper) and has a painted picture of a wine glass and the shirt feels like it will disintegrate if it hits water.

Same as everyone else. Delivery took forever, wrong product delivered and they are refusing to give a refund. Offered to give me a discount to buy something else. Stay away!

Awful! And PayPal won’t protect you,as a purchaser, either. Do NOT buy from this place it is a complete scam. I tried to find reviews before purchasing and couldn’t find any but now the internet is swarmed with negative review after negative review. I only received one item out 6. Not to mention these items were purchased way before Christmas. I had to purchase replacement presents.

Ordered 4 items early in December received 3 of them in January. Quality of the sweatshirt was disappointing, not sweatshirt material and color not as pictured. BIGGEST issue is with jeans ordered. Just received and not the button/zip winter plaid patch jean i ordered. Instead they are an elastic waist camo patch jeans. I have been back and forth with email to get refund, return or the right jeans sent ....with NO result. I too am getting the lines offering more and more on percentage for refund but still requiring me to pay for something I didn't order. Also telling me the return process is too complicated. DO NOT order from this site. All information is inaccurate, false or will result in a hassle you will pay for.

Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered 4 items in early December 2020 and recieved 2 items in mid January 2021, only after multiple emails everyday for over 3 weeks. I demanded a refund for my unshipped 2 items. They tried multiple times to offer different styles and discounts but I demanded a refund. They would give me many excuses like they have a 7 day quality inspection process and a long shipping process. I had to give 1 star or else it would be zero stars from me.

The website said my item (Christmas gift) would arrive in ~9 days (before Christmas) when I placed the order. It didn't ship until after Christmas, comming from China. It's been 5 weeks and the shirt is still "in transit".

I'm still waiting on clothes I ordered the first week of December 2020...

Got to say I’m satisfied with overall. I did want a little sooner but should of ordered earlier it came today and was exactly what I wanted. I e-mailed a question after I ordered asking where it was and they got back quick.

Ordered 4 Women's Sport Set on 12/5 to receive by Christmas 12/24. Spent $130. Reached out 5 time and each tie they responded quickly with "Please Be Patient" Christmas has passed and I still have not received the merchandise. I asked for a refund and they refused. This is a total SCAM and I wish I would have Googled their ratings prior to my purchase.

Total Order $110. One item grossly defective, other items ordered in WOMEN'S Medium and they showed up as CHILDREN's Medium One item MISSING. Back and forth for DAYS trying for a refund, "would you take 20%? "No" 35%? "No I am missing products and the remainder are not usable", If we refund the cost of the missing item, then give you 35% of the total order? "Fine...tired of dealing with this..." Did they refund 35% of the total order? NO - Bottom line, I ended up paying $50 for a pair of socks. >=(

If I could do 0 stars I would. Ordered my stuff December 2nd. Ordered 200 dollars worth of stuff. Got the first package January 8th and it was only a pair of socks. And just got a second package and it was a shoe lace. Literally a shoe lace. They feed u lie after lie so u can't file a fraud claim. It's been the worst shopping experience I have ever had

Poor quality, took over a month to get here... I will absolutely never use this site again
