I agree this company has bad business. The clothes pictured online are not what U get after u receive the merchandise weeks after placing the order. Wouldn’t waste time or money again with company the style of the clothes pictured are Stylish@ Affordable but what U see is not what u get!!

I placed an order on 12/17/2020 and understood it could have delays due to the holidays. Today is 2/23/21 and I still haven't received anything. I have contacted the company 4 different times and only received one response about a month ago saying they have taken care of it and I will get my product any day. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

They are really unprofessional. I did an order and they send me a different products. Furthermore I asked where was my order and they never response. So, apparently I have to keep the items I've never ordered, I have to pay for that and also I won't have my order right.
I'm with this issue over 2 weeks and I'm really disappointed with this company. It doesn't worth.

This is a terrible Chinese company. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago. They take my money and I am just now finding out that the product I ordered just so happens to be out of stock. They want me to order something else or they can give me a 10% refund. I went on their website this morning and found the same product and it says nothing about being out of stock. If you were smart, I would stay far away from this company.

I wish I would have read the reviews before my purchases . I never received my hoodie this websites is a total scam. whoever made it is a horrible person.

I did not get the shirt I ordered. I got a completely different shirt, different color, and different size. They refuse to give me a full refund and want me to pay shipping to return a shirt I did not order.

I wish I saw this before I made my purchase. 3 months is acceptable to receive my purchase? And I'm still waiting! Not impressed with PayPal either. I learned my lesson. Check reviews on sellers before making a purchase, and think twice before using PayPal.

Although it took a long time to receive my order they were easily accessible by email and quick to respond to my inquiries. The quality is good and my order was accurate. A tracking number was provided so I knew when to expect my package. Good customer service.

This is a total scam, you will not get what you order and the quality of what you do get is complete trash.

This company will rip you off. You order an item and they send you what they want and then ask you if you will keep the item and wear it and give you a discount. NO! I didn’t pay you to send me whatever you wish 2 sizes too big. I ordered 2 hoodies. I got one hoodie that was two sizes bigger than I ordered a shirt I did not order two sizes too big and a bathing suit way too big. I mean I didn’t order these items and you want me to keep them or give them away and still pay you for them. This place is crazy crooked. I asked for a refund and an address to send return to many times now and they just keep asking me to take a discount and keep the items. They need investigated.

This company is a total scam. I ordered clothes around the 1st of November took them till after January 18th for my items to show up, after repeated emails to the company with no reply I finally received my order. I loves the clothes when saw them on line and was very excited to receive what I ordered then I finally get them and it's nothing like I ordered. Nothing. I had ordered a pair of jeans with red patches on the inside. I get jeans in a size 1 that are not even like anything in the picture. I ordered a size 7. Them I receive a shirt size small that I never even saw when I ordered my clothes it isn't even this brand of clothing and it's paper thin. That's all I received when I order 6 items total. I got 2 out of the 6 and they were no where near what I ordered. Theu won't return my calls and can't get a refund. Worst company ever. It's a total scam. Don't waste your time or money

THEY ARE AWFUL!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I ordered a rose apothecary sweatshirt.... they sent me the ugliest bathing suit and sweatshirt. I emailed asking how to go about getting what I ordered and they offered a 30% refund... they never responded to any emails after that. I have emailed them daily for weeks and no response. Wish I had done my research sooner!! Out $50 now

Absolutely horrible. Sent me the wrong product and want me to pay return shipping to China. Customer Service is HORRIBLE!!!! Do not buy from this Company!

Like other reviewers, I wish I had done my research before ordering from them. I received a shirt similar to the one I ordered, but not what I wanted and although it was marked size 2XL, it was tiny - size 10. Customer service is awful. First they said I should keep it for 30% refund. When I said no they said 20% refund or pay to return to China! Ridiculous! Lesson learned -do your research if it's a company you don't know.

This place is awful. Not only did not send me the right items, they only sent me 3/5. They are poor quality, don't fit and completely wrong. They refuse to let me return and keep offering a partial refund on items that aren't even mine and doesn't even cover the items they haven't sent me. They also regularly change their name and have several other store fronts ( shevintagecharm and blousenova). They are complete frauds and do not have the items they claim to have.

Order showed up 2 months later. Half of my items were missing. They agreed to refund my money and did not. Biggest scam!

This company is a hack. I ordered a L off the shoulder sweatshirt, with an Alice in wonderland print. Not only did it come exceptionally late, but it wasn't the right size or print. They sent a 2xl with some off brand care bears, that says I hate people. I will never order from them again. My only regret is that I can't tell them this directly to their faces.

This place is horrible! I finally got my order and it was nothing like I had originally ordered! Ugly shirt looked nothing like the one I ordered! Don't bother ordering anything from this place! They are rip offs!😡😡😡😡

I wish I saw the reviews before buying. I ordered in December. Finally got two pieces today. They are similar to the shirts I ordered but but what I wanted. One was decent quality while the other was very poor quality. Waiting to hear back from my email but not getting my hopes up. Can’t wait to see what the pants look like. I made the assumption this was an American product silly me.
