STOP. Save your money because this company will take your money, lie, send wrong product or nothing at all, never refunds. Go to a reliable company not this one.

Horrible customer service. They say the same thing over and over in emails. They sent an item I did not even order. They offered me a 15% refund....on a shirt they admitted was their mistake???? Would not give me full refund. Told me to keep the item they sent as a gift😂 HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place to order from. My mother in law also ordered an item from here and the exact same thing happened to her. I gave them multiple opportunities to make this right before writing this review. Thieves!!!!

Don't buy from this company. They do not give refunds. The contact I made to do so told me the merchandise comes from China and costs too much to return it there. I was able to negotiate a partial refund after returning the merchandise to the US based return address.

I should have looked at the reviews before I ordered. My credit card has been charged, I have not received the shirt. The tracking number says the same as everyone else on here "Label created, item not in the system." I email them every day, sometimes twice a day. The first one said to give it a couple of days, the next one said that the item was dropped off at USPS on January 3rd. The next one said that the item had just left the country and should be in my country in 7 days. Well, that is a complete scam because if it was dropped off at USPS on January 3, then it should already be in my country. I am going to call my credit card company and have the payment stopped if I can. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

As everyone here has already written, I ordered my item in early December (for Christmas) and never received it. The shipping label was created but nothing was ever shipped. COMPLETE FRAUD

Americtops has now been reported to the BBB, FTC, and FBI.

I’m in the same boat as every other review on here. This company is complete trash and a scam. I ordered on 12/9 and I have been back and forth through email advising tracking was invalid and they kept saying it’s on its way. Well after a month I today 01/08 I received the pajamas and not the main sweatshirt that I originally went to this company for. This company sucks. Shut these people down.

This company is a complete scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! You will not get your order, and if you do, it will be a partial and looks nothing like on line. Then they will close the order. Please, I'm begging you, do not get ripped off like the rest of us.

Never shop here they are trash they clothes are garbage they try to take your money I went through my credit card company got my money back they sale trash clothes now off to better business bureau I will write a report .

Truly, I saw the brand and thought it to be American. Not only that, but for the items being sold and reading what I have read, they are way over priced. If your even lucky enough to get what you ordered.

Emailed multiple times and they type like they don't speak English or understand!!! I contacted BBB on them. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

It pains me to give this company even one star. I ordered a top at the beginning of December. It was obviously for Christmas and I still have not received. Two weeks later I emailed the company inquiring of my item and they told me it was out for delivery. At that time they assured me it would be here by Christmas. It is now January 4th and I still do not have my item. I have reached out to PayPal to start a claim. At this point I don't even need the item given it was a Christmas shirt. Their customer service department is incompetent and not friendly. I asked for a refund multiple times which they denied but indicated they would give me a 10% discount, which I have never received. Save yourself the hassle and spend a little more money on another site, so you will not have a headache like this. This was the only item that was not received for Christmas. Completely dissatisfied!

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a top on Dec 13 and they had quickly taken the money and i never received a confirmation so i emailed them and after 48 hours they said can you wait for item to be stocked in 4 days so i said I won’t and just need a refund. I did receive an email after 2 days that they will refund me but it’s already jan 3. I also opened a case with paypal and they had reached out to this seller and they just gave paypal a tracking number.I have not received anything and the tracking number does not even exist. Why would you even ship out something after i have requested for a refund because i can’t wait for it to be restocked. Why ship out something after you have acknowledged that you will refund me. I also emailed the pro-therms support and asked about this shipment and they asked where i bought this from? I need my refund !!

Ordered blanket for Christmas gift on 11.8.2020 received 1.3.2020 after several attempts to get a refund because it was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

Chinese copy with cheap products. Present themselves as american.

This company is a hoax I agree with everyone on here they have stolen money from me and not delivered on what they are promising I hope someone goes after them I'll help

Ordered on Dec 6, 2020 for a Christmas present. Still not received. Tracking says only "label created, not yet in system" since Dec 6, 2020. Emailed them and they said to "give it a couple days." Yeah, right.

I ordered a top in November, same as the other customers, I had to email for tracking info which was untrackable. The item arrived on Dec 28th and is the wrong item. I emailed the company and they offered me a 30% refund and I could keep the item I did not order. I refused this, then they said I could return the item to China however, it is very difficult to return items. If/when they receive the return, I would get a full refund. I declined this as well and requested a shipping return label as well as a full refund. I have not heard back from them. This is a scam. BEWARE!
