Scam. Spend your money elsewhere

BEWARE! I ordered an item needed for Christmas Eve on Nov. 28. I contacted Americtops six days later because the tracking number I was given was invalid - the item had not been sent. Their reply was that they were so sorry and the item had been sent (Dec 3). The package finally arrived on December 27. I tried to find a return on their website but there is none. I contacted customer service and was offered a 10% discount. I respectfully declined and ask for return instructions. Their reply was a 25% discount. When I told them I wanted to return the item for a full refund I was told I needed to sent the package to China and once they had notification it was received, they would refund my money. Funny, the package is from Newark, CA.

Beware! They will steal your money!!! Total scam company. Cancelled order several weeks ago. Never issued refund after several emails. Contacting BBB. This company shut down for poor business practices and stealing money.

It is days after Christmas and no Christmas Sweater sent to my best friend’s son’s address for under the tree. I am sorely disappointed. Christmas sweaters can easily be purchased at 50-75% off in January! Teceipienr will be gone and out a gift and I’ll be out the money. If, and When the gift ever arrives, receipient will be gone!
This company is a sham, unprofessional, and unconcerned for their reputation.
Do not waste your money, patience, or time on yhis disreputable sham of a company. They should be ashamed. Typical Chinese venture!

It has been a month and I still haven’t received the Christmas gifts I ordered and have no idea if they will get here. I checked their return policy and it is very restrictive. Save yourself some heartache and stay away from this company. I’m out almost $200.

Waited 2 months for my sweatshirts. After numerous emails to them I finally received my order. The quality is horrible. This company needs shut down.

They deserve 0 stars. Ordered 2 xmas tops for silly sweater day at work on NOVEMBER 13TH. Contacted them early December and was given 2 tracking numbers that lead to nowhere. Contacted them again on dec 11th. Was given another tracking number. Dec. 20th I receive 1 of 2 items received. Contacted them again and was told it is on its way..about 10 days out. Well let's see I ordered it on Nov 13th and I should wait till January for the 2nd shirt which at this point both shirts are useless to me as I needed them for dec 13th. I asked for full refund on the missing shirt and a free return label on the 1 I received. The response...it will take too long to ship back and will get lost since it is going to China and it would be too expensive!! So these products are made in China in some sweatshop I assume. Disgusting business practices. Terrible customer service. Oh I was offered 20 percent off my order. Really?? Unacceptable. Will be disputing charges with my bank as well as reporting them to BBB. Stay away from this facade of a company. Thieves!!!

WASTE of TIME & MONEY! This site is a complete SCAM. Shame on me for not looking into the business first. Here I am like everyone else, they had no problem taking my money immediately but can’t seem to produce an actual shipping label that’s legitimate and attached to product.I suppose I’m left with a credit card dispute and this awesome review.

Placed order at Americtops for Christmas presents back on Nov 24th. Doesn’t look like anything will make it for Christmas or possibly ever. The website is very convincing and looks like a US website/company but is actually a Chinese company. I should have done a little more research before handing over my money, hopefully this review will help save someone from making the same mistake.

I purchased a total of 3 shirts, and only received 2 of them. After multiple attempts to contact their customer service, I still haven’t received the missing item or a refund. They continue to ignore my emails without a resolution. I strongly recommend never purchasing anything from this site. The have no customer service phone number to contact and all emails seem to go ignored.

FAKE SITE! As others stated, quick to take your money but they don’t ship your order. Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere!

I ordered something Nov. 19th, it was charged to my credit card that same day - real quick to take your money ! It has not arrived. They gave me a tracking number but it doesn't seem to go anywhere. Customer service did respond once saying it was on the way. This is NOT a credible company and needs to be reported so others do not lose their money too
Update 1/3/21 : The item DID arrive Dec. 31st, and it was the right item, right size, the company DID give me a 10% discount ( $3.39 ) so I need to be fair in saying they did come through in the end.

Horrible! Don’t ever ever ever shop here. Ordered ugly sweater on Nov 20 and its Dec 20 and still not here. They don’t disclose its shipping from China and that is takes weeks. This place is awful. They are deceitful too as they send you a shipping tracker weeks earlier with no info and you just wait and wait. I emailed and heard back that it will arrive in 10 days and that’s after 3 weeks of waiting. I’m throwing the garbage out and learned my lesson. Hope everyone sees this review. Please also put on better business bureau.

Ordered took 3 1/2 weeks. Communications are very poor at best. I got lucky and received a refund for items not shipped. But received other items today. POOR Quality fabric not at all as pictured. Would return but not worth my time! DO NOT ORDER if you care about quality!

My experience is just starting...ordered 4 days ago, it is still in ordered status, not shipped yet. Now I'm seeing horrible reviews, 97% dissatisfied, no way, requesting to cancel order and refund immediately!

I ordered several items socks, sweatshirt, pajama pants, t-shirt and face masks (all on the same order) on Oct 26th received socks, masks and tshirt Nov 20th (t-shirt was not an xlarge for an adult maybe a child) they did give me partial refund and told me to keep it. Received the sweatshirt dec 5th and still have not received the pajama pants. I've contacted them through email several times and they responded each time within a couple of days. I will not download an app to track pkgs coming from another country. The advertising is good which is what catches your eye and the items are cute not the best quality but functional. This is now Dec 18th and they are telling me that pkg was delivered on Nov 20th when they had already sent me an email on Dec 13th saying pkg will arrive within 10 days. WHAT????REALLY???? Still waiting on those scrooge pajama pants. I wish I had checked out reviews before ordering ANYTHING from this company.

I’m actually really embarrassed I didn’t check the reviews before I ordered… I normally always do and I didn’t this time. So sad because I ordered quite a few things and I’m understanding that I will probably never receive them as there’s no contact information as well as I can’t check the shipping without downloading an app and not to mention all the reviews I just read. Totally lost money on this one. Lesson learned.

if there was a 0 star, I would have chosen it. I realized I made a mistake after trying to find a customer support number and couldn't find the business registered anywhere. I can't believe they are still in operation. Filed a complaint with the BBB and reported them to the FCC.
