Failed to ship items and refuse to respond after asking for a refund.

Don’t waste your time and money I placed an order December 1,2020 emailed them a week or two later complaining my item has never shipped and they replied back saying in the coming week it should ship it is now December 17,2020 sent another email complaining. And still no product! Now I have to go through all the loops with my bank to get my money back.

PLEASE do not waste your money. This is a scam. After learning the hard way, I dug into this company and this scam is far-reaching and is operating under many, many, many different "companies." Beware of Erenmall, Mokicon, Fashion Lulus, Hoodiesin, Jollyhola, Sweater Nova and many more. Steer very clear of this company and its counterparts. Do research first and not after you were scammed like me.

Customer service indicated wait 3 days then another email wait 5 days. This is a bogus site. DO NOT BUY from Americtops. All beware. I hope I don’t lose my money.

They didn't ship anything until I emailed them, now the package will arrive after Christmas and 26 days after I purchased it (but USPS says they still haven't received the package). I should have looked up their reviews before buying. Glad I used PayPal.

Order never ships and to see your order progress you have to download a third party app which is quite shifty. On top of that, customer service is literally non-existent. They take your money and run. I will have to dispute the charge as customer service has not responded. It is undoubtedly a scam of a website.

Horrible customer service and no product received. Don't let the slick website fool you. Do not order from this company. I should have looked them up before ordering. Trying to get a refund now, but am not hopeful. Buyer beware.

SCAM ALERT!! DO NOT ORDER. No response from the company as to why the items never arrived, had to dispute the charge. They send bogus shipping notices. BUYER BEWARE!!!

This is a scam company. They give you a bogus tracking number that is identified as a potential security concern and links to nothing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered 3 tops and 2 pairs of socks. 2 of the tops came, not the same look as in the pic, but they came. I have emailed the company multiple times about the hoodie amd socks I am missing.... no reply. I will update if I receive any hood info....but from the sound of other reviews I am not too optimistic.

These guys are thieves. They take your money and give you fake tracking. Stay away

I placed an order for my wife's Xmas gift over a week ago. And I have not received an email to know if it has shipped. Their extremely quick at taken the money out of my bank account but can tell me if my order has shipped. I definitely feel like americtops is a scam by the reviews I've read and what I've experienced. I suggest anyone not to order from them. And if anyone would like to know where their based out of their location is China. If I don't receive any emails or my order within the next few weeks im definitely contacting the better business bureau to report them.

If 0 stars was an option they’d get it. Very poor quality - the printed garment logo was already coming off by the time I opened it - no offer for an exchange - the item was no longer available. 15% refund and I keep the item. Just don’t buy from them - super sketch website for a super sketch quality.

Update... these crooks have been promising me a refund for weeks now. Today they wanted my payp info to give me the refund but said the system is delayed? Really refund over PayPal... I am not stopping until they credit my credit card. What ever you do NEVER EVER order from these scam artists.

What a joke... the minute I got the USPS tracking label that said it had been created but not in the system I knew I had been ripped off.
for the past week they have at least responded telling me to be patient. Tonight same thing but offered me a 10% discount, but NOTHING on WHEN the item might actually arrive.
I have filed a complaint with my credit card company. I am sure the item will arrive probably in a month or two - be the wrong item and wrong size and I will have to pay shipping charges to send it back with hopes of a refund or for them to ship something correct. This was supposed to be a gift for my wife's birthday but Americtop screwed that up because they are a fraud...

Wish I had seen this site before I ordered. 21 days and no shipping confirmation or sweatshirt. No answers to my emails. Can't even get a shipping update without downloading their App--which I'm not about to do! They charged my account immediately, then crickets. Now working with credit card company to try to get my money back :-( Wish I could give negative stars.

Ordered on Nov 10th, 2020. Still have not shipped. Company responded with shipping number Nov 23, 2020 that can track at USPS. Checked daily only thing created was label. Response again today saying they checked on it's way will take 10 days. I used tracking number still has not been picked up. Stay away from this company unless you do not need your order until 2021. Insult to injury I had to pay shipping.

Bought a gift for my wife, arrived with the wrong size garment in the correct size packaging. Customer service will not give full refund and offered 15% refund and I had to pay return shipping to china!!!!!! Customers have to pay for their mistakes. Do not buy from this company.

Had to give star to post review of this company. They have given me the run around with my order. Ordered 4 items Oct 10th did not hear from them by Oct 14th so I sent email. I was told 2 of my items were shipped but two not available. So Oct 22 I still haven't received my 2 items so I recontact them. They state nothing had been shipped due to quality inspection problems. Then they sent me an email during the night stating I should receive shipment in 10 days, but 1 item is not available. I have yet to receive anything from this company.
I contacted my credit card company and made a claim dispute against this company. I have proof through emails they are not being truthful.
Please make a dispute claim against this company if you did not get your merchandise. This company needs to stop ripping people off.

I ordered 2 sweatshirts almost 1.5 months ago and never received my order. The charge is on my statement. I emailed the company and they keep asking for my email. No one has refunded me or given me any reason as to where my items are. Terrible terrible site.

This company deserves zero stars!! I ordered a cute Halloween sweatshirt back on 8/21 and still have not received it!! I tried emailing and got no response!! Don’t order from them!! They are a ripoff!! The tracking number shows that my order has been in L.A since 9/12. Not sure if I will ever get my order but it looks like I won’t have it before Halloween which was the whole point! What a waste!!!
