Fast shipping, good packaging, item as described.

Terrible cheap products that don't fit together properly. They promise a 30 day no questions asked return policy but when you contact them with a problem, they ask 100 questions and require pictures and an essay before issuing a refund or return mailing slip

I regret my purchase; some parts were dented or damaged, it was clearly a return. Once assembled, the doors wouldn't close even though the concrete floor was level. I had to pay for brackets to reinforce the wobbly structure. Disappointing.

The product pales in comparison to the quality of sunbrella sets. I imagined it wouldn’t be as large as a comparable product but it is condo sized for a very small balcony. Three hours assemble labour x2 people was not clear at purchase.

Received a defective product. In talks with customer service to refund/exchange for a functional item.

It is a nice counter extension once put together but I must say it was a nightmare to put it all together properly.

Shipping was quick and the product was great quality. I've been getting nothing but compliments from friends and neighbours too. Highly recommend!

I thought the thickness of the stain was very poor. My husband had to put another four coats of stain on it. When he and a friend put the bridge together, the middle piece of wood was cracked near the screw hole on the one side. My husband was forced to glue and fill the cracked portion but I am sure it will reduce the longevity of the piece of wood over the winter and the fall rains. He thought that an inspector should have noted it as it was picked up right away. It was noted in the instructions as Part F.

Great product, other than the fact that there were holes predrilled where there shouldn’t have been!

The price was great for an automatic. I like the look of the awning. You'll need good mechanical skills to figure out how to put it together. It took my husband and son, both mechanically inclined, hours to put it together, but now that they know how, I would buy another!

The delivery arrived fast and on time. The items we purchased were packaged securely, and arrived in perfect condition.
You do get what you pay for, but so far we are happy with the quality of the items we purchased.

Overall not bad, two boxes shipped supposed to arrive the same day but didn't. The one box was fine, the second box was quite beat up and appeared to have been previously opened. Numerous items were dented or scratched. Quality of the product was good, took easily 6+hours to put together, instructions were terrible.
