Worst Server Experience i have ever had.
Joined the Server of someone and it constantly laggs, u cant see further than 1 chunk, it crashes every 30 minutes or less. and thats on the most expensive options according to the person who bought it.

Phenomenal customer service, helped me out, loaded my server, and he walked me through the steps so I know how to do it in the future! 100/10 building a statue in his name. All hail Juan!

after some back and forth with the ai for a few minutes to no help i asked for a human and within a minute the problem was solve by Octavio A. i would like to thank them for helping me to bringing my server up and running.

I’ve been wanting a private server for me and my friends to play modded Minecraft on and I hadn’t been able to find an easy way to set one up until now. I was looking at the description of the Cobbleverse mod pack on Curse Forge and saw the link to apex and a short description of what to do once I’m on the website. I click the website and thought I’d be overwhelmed but it was pretty straight forward. You could select from I think three preset ram options or a custom one then select the game/game version and pay for it. I admit when I opened the email with the info for my server panel or whatever I had no clue what I was looking at. But they provide videos on how to do several different things with the code. After I did the few things I wanted I made sure my server was online and then I was playing cobblemon with my buddy. Didn’t have any lag issues, even with the shaders in the mod pack. Runs super well, I’d definitely recommend it for modded Minecraft servers.

When you think support, some people picture someone reading prompts from a menu, or a low ELO bottom laner attached at the hip to a better player, but not Marco Padilla.

We presented Marco with a conundrum, dare I say an insurmountable task that confounded masters of the Minecraft server support staff. What seemed to be impossible for 4 other support members insisting that we roll back and return to a previous version, Marco said "Neigh. Neigh, I say"

Despite my poor communication skills and scattered thoughts while having multiple staff members for our server in my ears, Marco held strong. Like a dam made of popsicle sticks holding fast a torrent of incomprehensible word puke, Marco remained receptive, understanding, and in no way condescending to our plight.

We overcomplicated every explanation force fed to us via other discords and chatGPT responses trying to resolve our issue. Our update destroyed our world and our progress, causing what we believed to be irreversible damage. What felt like a fortnite between responses and fixes became instantaneous magic resolving one issue after another, never faltering, never wavering in his tasks.

Marco conquered our messy custom modpack, terrible organization and naming sense, and delivered to us our digital lives back. When you think Super Hero, maybe you imagine a Marvel or DC character. Superman, Wolverine, or Emma Frost in her custom skin set. But you know what I think? I think Marco, fighting the good fight, never giving up on us, or server, or our dreams.

Marco, years from now, you won't remember our support ticket, or impatience, or our incompetence. But we will forever remember you. The man. The Myth. The Marco.

For those with limited experience running a Minecraft Java Edition Server, Apex Hosting is the best choice.As a beginner who had only ever watched videos of others hosting servers, I was a bit overwhelmed. However, the Apex Hosting team helped me install the modpack directly and guided me through patching the translation files to ensure I wouldn't run into any issues. I highly recommend them to anyone starting out just like me.

Server performance is overall great for what I need. Any time I have an issue, as soon as I am put in contact with a human support person my problems are solved.

Apex is amazing! There are SO many guides to help you setting up exactly what you want. The program itself is super user friendly. But most of all, the customer support is amazing. Matias D. helped me and 'sorry I/we can't' isn't in his dictionary. He took all the time and effort it costs to help me and fix the problem, and even gave me a lot of extra (pro) tips to make everything a lot better and to help me getting the most out of the server, because I had 0 knowledge of this. 10/10

Apex has friendly, informed staff who respond to support tickets/chats pretty quickly! I've been using them for 5+ years to host Minecraft servers, and they've never once let me down. It's pretty easy to learn to use ApexMinecraft's server hosting features, and they have a ton of guide videos on hand as well. It's seamless to set up a server and have some fun with friends! <3 I cannot recommend Apex's service enough.
