I would like to say that I have used Apollo Taxis (Littlehampton) on many occasions and have found them to be exceptional. Drivers are polite and friendly. The lady in the front office is also very cheerful and helpful. Great customer service and very reliable.

We’ve used Apollo before so contacted them for our most recent visit to Maidstone. Communication with Tom and Brian on the phone was great. We had four transfers, all of which were on time, with friendly drivers (Trina, Qasim and Ghulam). The vehicles were clean. We were very pleased with the service and so were our companions. Would definitely recommend.

Really disappointed, was told they could dispatch a taxi to arrive within 5 minutes. It took over 20 minutes, the taxi driver did not know where the railway station was, took a wrong turn and tried to take a second wrong turn. Ultimately it resulted in missing the train. The taxi driver wasn't friendly either.

I have used Apollo on several occasions primarily as an Airport journey from Chatham up to T4 LHR. Trip was excellent at all points including timing, efficiency, courtesy and customer care. My Driver (Creena) was obviously highly experienced providing a seamless relaxing journey and outstanding in her care and courtesy. Delightful company and ensured an ‘on time’ stress free journey.

Great service kept to time driver Mark excellent

The driver was very helpful. I think his name is Mohammed Sha... I'm not sure of the last name. I didn't have network on my phone while it was pouring- a wet day. He assisted with the booking, and made the journey worth it.

I had a great experience with Apollo Taxi. The service was reliable, professional, and well organised. The driver was punctual, polite, and drove very smoothly. Communication was clear from start to finish, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Apollo Taxi to friends and family and will happily use their service again.

Apollo taxi is the best in Maidstone. I want to particularly compliment a Driver called Creena, she is an amazing and kind woman. Very helpful and thoughtful. I am a disabled lady that uses Apollo taxi and the drivers are always nice but this Lady Creena showed me so much kindness and help and I really do appreciate her. It's not very often that you met nice and kind hearted people like her.

Fantastic, reliable service. Kind, understanding staff answering the phone and you can track the cars. Won't let you down in a crisis.

Silviu arrived in time.His attitude was very nice and helped me with the luggage. He was also very helpful with my queries about the airport drop off terminals.Very comfortable and tidy car.

Driver was going to be 25 mins (driver only accepted the ride 2 minutes before pick-up time or 2 mins after pick-up time. I cannot check as Apollo deleted my account so i cannot confirm), late to take me to the hospital. I canceled.
As I was still going to have to pay the hospital £55 for the appointment.
Customer service rep said "No, we are not paying"
I informed the taxi company they were responsible as they took the booking and money, so we had entered a contracted. If they couldn't hold up their side of the contract they are responsible for all losses to the customer for missing the appointment. They said "Fine, if you are going to be like that, send us the hospital bill and then we won't enter anymore contracts with you, and then hung up"
Seriously unprofessional. If you are going to operate a customer facing business, then you need to be responsible for your triumphs and failures equally.
Just because your customers know the law and their rights, you get upset and cut off a revenue stream (I spend about £400 a month on taxis). The only people you punish through your unprofessional behaviour and rudeness are the drivers.
Apollo then deleted my account on the app so I cannot access the particular details anymore.
Know your rights everyone. Booking a taxi on an app is entering a contract with them.

I used Apollo to come back from the O2 Arena, they were on time at the meeting spot and the communication between driver and us was spot on! Definitely use Apollo again!

Great taxi firm. I’ve been using Apollo Taxi for nearly 20 years. They are polite, professional, honest, and trustworthy. The service is excellent and the drivers are reliable. A great firm and easy to recommend.

Excellent service. Always keep you updated on arrival times. Drivers are kind and courteous, make you feel very safe and always seek out the quickest routes. Office staff really give the impression they care about their customers. Booking app is a brilliant tool for organising travel. Wouldn’t use anyone else!

Apollo's booking app is great. My trip to Gatwick was so smoth. From booking to tracking the driver and even sharibg my location with a friend we were collecting in the way.
