Really good taxi firm – honestly way better than the others. One thing that really stands out is that they’re actually available during school hours, when most other companies are busy doing school runs and won’t take bookings. Always reliable, friendly drivers and easy to book. Definitely my go-to taxi firm now.

Just used Apollo Cars to take us to Bristol airport and pick us up from holiday. It's the second time we've used them and now we wouldn't use anyone else. On time, friendly and courteous. What more do you need in a taxi service?

I booked a taxi for a 17:00 pickup but my event ran over time. My booking confirmation said that waiting time over 2 mins would be charged, so I expected the driver to wait. I missed a call from the driver at 17:06 and tried to call them back at 17:10 but the call was declined. I tried several times after that to call the driver without success. There was no indication that there was a limit on the wait time. I would have been happy to pay a waiting charge, but the driver left without me being able to contact them and I ended up being charged £15.50 for a journey I did not make. I had a similar experience with Express Taxis, in February about which I complained but had no response. I have since been informed that Apollo and Express are the same company. I will not be using either company again and would advise anyone else not to.

Very worst experience with the customer care representative I have ever had in my life.

I came 10 mins late & it took around 10 mins to keep the luggage & stared approx 22 mins from booking so they are charging the worlds highest wait charges £60/hr it means £1/min even the international cab providers charges only £0.29-£0.39/min wait charges after 5 mins but New Apollo car has charged me £15 for 15 mins wait(Worlds highest ever wait time charges cab providers)

And also I have booked Siden car for my luggage but they sent a big car & I brought the same number of luggage’s as said in the booking call but they count each small backpacks & saying I brought more luggage & I have clearly said 2 Adults & a kid & they said you are bring the baby stroller and charged me £10 extra for the car

The worst customer care agent ever spoke in my lifetime they called me to charge £25 extra but I explained clearly & agreed to pay £15 more than agreed but the worst customer care agent in the world threatens me if I deny to pay £25 extra he will call the driver & ask to drop in the middle of the road/destination for which I need to pay the agreed amount plus £15 extra for dropping in the middle of motor way with my family(3 years kid) that too at around 4.30AM

Hats off for the customer care agents threatening & way of support the Mew Apollo car provided to me today morning

I need to file a legal complaint for this behaviour & also need a compensation for spoiling my journey

Moreover after dropping when I paid only £15 extra in addition to agreed amount driver is not agreeing & threatening you can go to the flight if I didn’t pay £25 additional charges

Worst ever experience and great threatening customer company New Apolo cars

Anyone who is aware of the legal way to complaint against them for this behaviour can help me in filing a complaint

I had a fantastic experience with Apollo Taxi when booking an airport transfer. From start to finish, their customer service was excellent. Communication was clear and timely, with regular driver updates that really helped put my mind at ease. I booked a Taxi for Easter Sunday. The lad who showed up was So sound it's unbelievable. He took Me to Airsoft and picked me up. Cant rate them enough. He showed up early on both pick up and collection. Absolute legend! Will be going back next time!

I have used this taxi firm for quite a while until last night and today the taxi driver was awful to me couldn’t care less about my safety with icy roads and pavement where he was dropping me off I couldn’t get out because it was like glass and I was scared of falling I asked him if he could go a bit nearer to the pavement he started shouting and then started driving off he dropped me further up the road it was still icy I said it was still too slippery he said he couldn’t go anywhere else I got out and he drove off so I had to try to walk on the ice today I got the a taxi from work and got the same driver and the same treatment I rung the office to speak to them and he said that they wouldn’t pick me up any more so they allow there drivers to treat People very badly I feel so upset I have spent a lot of money with this firm over the years and this is how they treat people

It depends on the driver. Going to airport very good. Picking up we had to wait nearly an hour in the wind and rain trying to locate him. He was unapologetic and I couldn’t sit in the back easily as he had his seat pushed back. We had to ask him to stop as I had terrible cramp. I noticed this morning that I had been debited a lot more than quoted. He didn’t park and picked us up on the road. MAIDSTONE branch.

Cars old, dirty on the outside and some really smelly on the inside. Some of the drivers think their doing you a favour and have attitude. I don't use this company for long journeys because of the above plus I'm embarrassed arriving somewhere nice in such tatty cars

I only use Appllo taxis. Staff very polite and helpful. Highly recommend.

We have been using this service once a week to take our dad who has mild dementia to and from the day centre. The service has been above and beyond - callings when dad has been confused or if they are concerned - definitely recommended for anyone with special needs

I booked a taxi at Griffin Court at 1pm on 21/08. They send the taxi to a different address. Someone Macey on the phone was very rude to me .I missed my train
