Terrible experience.
All this company wants is to sell you after sales insurance and weekend delivery costs that they charge for but don't intend to provide. All in all its far better to go to your local Curry's, so or Argos than to deal with scamming online companies like this. NEVER AGAIN!

Not a happy experience
I ordered a built in oven and paid for installation (costing as much as the oven). Unfortunately,they were unable to fit it because of lack of suitable socket.
While removing my old oven, they damaged a kickboard which they failed to mention. I was told I would be contacted about options, this did not happen. Their customer service is a labyrinth. Finally,they agreed to a refund BUT only for the appliance not the full order

The fridge I bought had a seal that almost completely degraded in less than 3 months. The plastic is very thin and substandard. Customer services say that if seals go it must be done out of force and not the rubber. It would be impossible to close the fridge with such force as to completely degraded the rubber. So far the matter has been escalated. If they don't uphold their warranty I will take them to court. It's clearly the rubber we don't slam our fridge and unless they can prove otherwise the warranty should be there - I wouldn't have bought a fridge without one !

I had my oven supplied & delivered and they did not disconnect and connect my old electric appliance and connect new gas appliance. In order to correct their mistake I would have had to pay £160 plus. A difference was refunded but still not happy that this took place in the first place. I only came to the company because my oven was refurbished.
Avoid this company
Avoid this company. Sent photographic evidence of a fault with a fridge freezer originally purchased in January. Customer services technical department claim it is damage caused by me through a collision! Since when did a collision cause the the door seal to disintegrate in under 7 months of normal family use. The fridge has not been involved in a collision it sits quietly in the corner and strangley enough its out of the way of oncoming vehicles. absolutely shocking experience, ordered a new fridge & freezer and it arrived all dirty inside out, it had holles and over all looking used and all scratched, when I contacted customer service they told me sorry its out of stock and the next available it £117 more expensive btw you need to arrange removal with a different department. honestly I would not recommended to anyone.
Easy ordering but product not exactly as decribed
The ordering was easy and the price competitive. Delivered when they said they would but when I opened the product which was supposed to a Black microwave, it had a mirrored front which was not on the description and I would not have bought had I known. To try and get in touch with customer services or the 'bot' was impossible, they did not understand the query and went around and around in circles asking me the same thing over and over and gave no alternative to contact a person.

We are were in desperate need for a new washer/dryer and didn’t have the best experience with currys at our previous house so decided to try this company.
Firstly we picked our delivery date which was a week later and paid for installation etc… the day the washer/dryer was meant to be delivered we waited in all day and took it upon ourselves to call the company to be told it wasn’t being delivered that day due to their being an error on the system. We then rebooked for a few days later and the machine did actually arrive. After the installation team installed the washer/dryer they then told us they had to drill a hole in the side of the cupboard to plug the machine in even though there was already an access panel for this professionally installed! They also after investigating further damaged our kitchen cupboards getting the machine in! To top this off we then realised they had send us the wrong machine so called up the next morning to report this, they then sent us the ‘correct’ machine which was not intact at the correct machine so we declined… after 2-3 weeks of no washing machine we had to use the one that they had installed, after weeks of trying to get the correct machine they said they couldn’t send it us and offered a full refund! We replied saying we didn’t want a refund we wanted the machine we had ordered and if we were to accept a full refund we were keeping the machine that was installed as we had been left for weeks without one! Few days later we received a refund. 2 weeks after receiving the refund not hearing anything between then and now until today receiving an email threatening us with legal action and court if we don’t give them the washer back or payment, after 30 mins on the phone we got nowhere and the manager on the phone didn’t even have the correct information, says we paid £349 for the machine and that’s the refund we got even though it was well over £600. In the end surprise surprise the clock turned 5pm and the manager cut the phone off called back and the offices were closed! Absolutely awful customer experience would never ever order from here again or advise anybody too! Will be seeking legal action against this company please please please when I say this to somewhere better!

Terrible experience. Bought back lit mirror online. Looks really cheap (not like on the website at all) so had to return. They charged collection fee but never showed up. No apology, no explanation. Avoid.

This is the 2nd review I have posted regarding this shambolic company.1st they bring us a washer instead of a washer/ drier then realise they got the addresses mixed up so lied and told us they would bring the correct item but they had gone to the other house and uninstalled it and brought it back.Then they gave us money back when they should not have done,contacted them and they told us we didn't Ow anything,then threatened us with legal action if we didn't pay for it.Paid them the money back on the 1st March and now they are threatening us again when it's clearly been paid.We have proof and we have all the emails,we are seeking legal action 1st thing on Monday.Fed up to the back teeth of them
DELIVERY DRIVERS SENT OUT IN UNSAFE VEHICLES
Dreadful company to work for. Sent out with full loads in unsafe vehicles. 5.45am and was asked to go out in company van with no working headlights. Declined as its illegal so basically sacked!! Previously, forced to use another van which had a leaking windscreen.

Bought iqhool 1200 but a/split heat pump September 2023 this week a/c will not switch on tried to activate warranty which I had extended it to 5 yrs they asked for a few photos then they said the outside vent is the problem no to warranty repair no repairs no refunds otherwise throw it in the skip must be really good to look at a photo and say that's what's wrong all without diagnostics very unhelpful company looking for ways out of responsability

I was disappointed that the workers simply dumped an unopened fridge freezer in my tenant's front room and did not take the old one away. When she went to speak to them they drove off without a word.
I had paid for unwrapping and room of choice and removal of the old appliance. This behavior is completely unacceptable.
The customer service line is charged at a premium rate and there is no obvious way to email the company you can simply request the appliance returned.
Purchased a new upright fridge/freezer
Purchased a new upright fridge/freezer. (direct replacement for existing ) With added extras paid for inc delivery ,sited in correct room , package removal , take old unit away for recycle . When unit arrived was told needed to sign a waiver before delivery , old unit will not be collected and they didn’t have time to unpack and site. ,as I did not want to sign waiver to eliminate them from any damage to unit ,property and any warranty if unit fails ,they refused to deliver and took it back. Poor service would not recommend
