After totally changing my kitchen and looking for new appliances, I found the Appliance People online after searching for possible places to buy my dream cooker. The Appliance People was the store which had the best possible price compared to other retailers. Upon contacting Dominic and placing an order through the website, the order was promptly processed and had to wait just a few weeks for it to be delivered. Thank you to Dominic and the rest of the team for being so helpful. You will not find any better if you yourself are on the search for your major kitchen appliances. Outstanding customer service! The lengths this company went to to help me out quickly with a new oven when Currys let me down, was fantastic! Currys customer service is absolute dog poo next to many companies. However the appliancepeople.co.uk provide a service that is truly 5 star! Will always use this company for appliances going forward, even if it does cost me more. However I doubt it will cost more than Currys because appliancepeople.co.uk prices are great too!

Great experience buying with the appliance people. After a brief search on their website they followed up with a call. I explained what i was looking for and a very helpful gentleman named Jonathan provided me with various options and prices. Including pictures by email so i could see colors!
I found the perfect cooker and hood for my new kitchen for a great price. Cheapest on the market! And very helpful. They also went above and beyond to get my order delivered within a tight time scale to suit me. I Would definitely recommend.

Very easy to speak to on the phone and get advice from. prepared the delivery ahead by phone. v good service. The delivery was made in a high rise building with parking restrictions: everything was discussed ahead and was reassuring. This company has a human dimension to it: no chatbot.....I would highlyrecommend them and would certainly purchase from appliance people again

From initial inquiries and onto selection of new cooker the sales personnel- Dominic - provided a unique professional service tailored to my needs, culminating in delivery on specified date by professionals who I must say were delightful and extremely helpful. This has been quite an experience of classy customer service which is so rare in today’s online marketplace!

So far so good! You can easily reach the team by phone. Big shout out to Dominic who has been super helpful. Very flexible about the delivery. Good discount too when buying multiple products. Very friendly and helpful delivery team. I have yet to install my products so have to see how the aftercare is but if it's like their presales, I am sure it will be just as great.

I was recommended Appliance People by my sister as she was very impressed with the service provided by Jonathan. I rang him immediately and she wasn’t wrong. I found him very friendly and helpful. I had to speak to him on a couple of occasions and he remembered me and what I had purchased. I wasn’t ready for delivery for a few weeks and the item was held until I requested it. I found them a good company to deal with and Jonathan is definitely an asset to them.

My expectations of the service I received from CJ and Steve ( the delivery and fitting engineers) was far exceeded. It was a pleasure to have these two men in my home as a Domestic Violence Therapist I’m aware of the darker side of life and I can recommend this company without hesitation you won’t find nicer men to welcome into your home. There were a few hiccups but that withstanding I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I was trying to source a replacement cooker hood of the same model but it had been discontinued by Elica. However, Dominic at the Appliance People make efforts to source a suitable substitute which turned out to be more than perfect and a better fit for our kitchen than the previous model. Ordering was straightforward and the new hood arrived inside 5 working days. Brilliant service. I'll be using Appliance People again for sure.
