Very pleased. Everything went like clockwork and delivery guys were really helpful.

I phoned and was able to talk to a real person very easily about my on-line purchase. I had a question about my order and when I rang they were already looking into my situation. They were very reassuring and sounded like they really cared. I also used the on-line chat box to ask a question and they replied very quickly. After my order arrived they rang me to check everything was OK. I liked the personal attention.

These guys were a pleasure to deal with. My item was not in stock when ordered due to supply chain issues, but they confirmed they would be able to get it in and when it did, even though I was away for some time they hung onto it and rang me exactly when they said they would to arrange delivery and installation. I recently purchased a Samsung Venting hob from Appliance People - it was competitively priced and customer service was exemplary.
Due to the bank holidays and a change in instructions from the stonemasons who were fitting my island, I ended-up in a tight spot with delivery.
Nigel, Reece and Dom from Appliance People were fabulous and ensured that my hob was here to coincide with the flush-fitting. Simon contacted me with an ETA on delivery day.

From initial telephone enquiry call to ordering and delivery I can not fault this company. After researching our chosen appliances for price and availability The Appliance People were by far the lowest price, delivery was quick and great care was taken by the delivery men when entering our property.
