They sold me a car through financing. On the first day it was delivered the tire was leaking air and needed to be replaced. Within the first month the SV transmission blew, so I told them I wasn't happy with this car and to pick it up. It was supposed to be fixed under warranty and sold, charging me for any losses. They charged me for the full $20,000 for car and are able to sell it to another buyer.

I had been told “no” so many times because my credit isn’t the greatest, so I went in honestly not expecting much. I never thought I’d be able to get a vehicle under my own name without a co-signer, but I still decided to give it a try.

That’s when I met Harry at Approval Genie (Scarborough location) and he completely proved me wrong. I don’t know how he did it, but he made what felt impossible actually happen. This is my third vehicle, but the difference this time is huge, it’s finally under my name, no co-signer needed.

If I could give Harry all my hugs as a thank you, I honestly wouldn’t have any left, because that’s how grateful I am. He is a hard worker, truly great at what he does, and someone who actually cares about helping people move forward.

They will always have me as a customer, and I will 100% refer anyone who needs help getting approved straight to Harry. If you’re feeling discouraged or think it can’t be done, go see Harry. He really does change lives.

How do I start with this? I came in to see if they can renew my loan and find a new car. Worked with a Philippe Chaccour in late December 2025 (I believe 22?). Deal fell through because I felt pressured. I started calling in January 2026 to get my original registration which Philippe took and gave me a photocopy.

He flagged it as a fraudulent application - clearly to harass me. Gave me a legal department number which does not exist - yes, I called, but the Account Manager said "I don't think we even have a Legal Department".

No replies, no one to talk to - Apparently they are all independent Sr. Managers and do not deal with each other.

I was able to speak with Philippe and he said that he is not even sure that I left my original registration there. Because apparently, they do not have it anymore. They even tried gaslighting me and asked if I even left it. Why would I only have a photocopy if they did not take the original?

I asked to speak to a manager - did not give his name. He was even more rude and said that I can just go and get a new copy for $10.00.

That is not the point. They lost my personal document with all my details and treat is as if it's just scrap paper. When I told the manager that we can ask for a copy of their CCTV to confirm Philippe had my OR, he said sure and threatened me saying that we can make is easier or harder for you. I even expressed my concerns as a woman whose information is out there.

I just need my original registration. And an apology would be great.

The fact that my personal document is out there and they are not even showing any remorse.
