Was unable to buy shares even when the bank account was mentioned and clicked when submitting( citing insufficient funds in my ark7 account).

Resolved after updating the bank link up again.

The money takes too long to settle
The money takes too long to settle. Other when you are brand new to it it should be available immediately. Comparing it to other investments need to get better deals to get better returns. If we are entering a difficult market as many suggest then be tougher negotiators. The other suggestion is I know it seems you’ve trended to the $100 a share but without really knowing but guessing the avg investor isn’t getting $100 a month in div to reinvest. To keep capital in Ark I would suggest every third property be at $20 or $25 a share. This way capital stays in Ark and not withdrawn. But I’m not privy to the stats to know that’s an issue. I’d like to see a much easier way to explain some of how it works. Too long for here. But I have a hard time referring people if I can’t easily answer every question.
I do like being able to pick the properties. I like the trading format.
Like to see you in some other markets like TN.

The return is decreasing
The return is decreasing. Some property has a high vacancy for a long time. I think there is some improvement needed on the property management aspect.

Great way to diversify
Great way to diversify as part of a larger investment strategy. We’ve happily been using the site for a year and have invested several thousand dollars, receiving dividend income on our shares. Easy to use interface to buy and sell shares of rental property. Would recommend.

Need more improvements
I feel like My money is blocked with no easy exit, The properties are not being managed well as advertised After IPO, The distribution rate on properties are not being met and there is no way a coustomer can communicate after the shares are bought, There is no monthly report for all properties, I only see reports on properties which are profitable and fully ignoring others, property management should try to make the properties profitable after IPO to make sure the investors get their fair share of distributions as promised. The property Philadelphia-D2 has been unoccupied for a while there is no report on it ?what are those property management fees for ? Hope these are fixed to boost the investors confidence.
