Very genuine business with such helpful and polite staff. I ordered one of the celtic ruana wrap shawls. This is a really beautiful and good quality garment. The colours are rich and vibrant. I messaged the company after ordering and they telephoned me to say this garment had just been finished by the local weavers and would be posted promptly. What a service. I am so impressed with them. Buy with confidence.

My son's sporran arrived with a small imperfection. I reported the problem to Neil and he couldn't have been more helpful. A fantastic measure of customer service is a company's ability to correct a problem. Artisan's of Scotland's response to my issue was second to none. My son's sporran was collected and returned with the problem part replaced, all free of charge.

These guys are incredible. Truly. The quality of materials and workmanship is very clear and I am blown away by my new sporran. I doubt i will need to replace this anytime soon but rest assured anyone who needs anything like this i always recommend. Thank you all very much.

I'm rarely moved to leave reviews but this company really earned the 5 stars. The sporran was beautifully crafted and arrived promptly and well packaged. Neil and his team went above and beyond to provide a couple of adjustments to ensure we had exactly what we wanted. Excellent, personalised customer care and a really lovely product.

These folks are fantastic. They went out of their way to be communicative and made a beautiful product. Couldn’t ask for much more.

I needed a day sporran that would as closely match my brogues as possible, so I emailed Artisans for advice and was contacted by Neil - who proved to be absolute star throughout the whole process - who offered to send some leather samples to compare, which promptly arrived a few days later.
I found the right match, and placed an for a bespoke hand-made sporran which arrived promptly about a week later.

The sporran is beautiful and very well made, however it was Neil's attentive and considerate customer care which created such a positive overall experience. Buying expensive (but good value and high quality) Formal men's clothes online is always a little daunting. Nonetheless, Neil made the whole end-to-end process very easy. Speaking to a real human who knew his business intimately was a delight—highly recommended.

I purchased a traditional leather sporran kilt belt and buckle from Artisans of Scotland. Making the purchase was a piece of cake and Neil is always on hand to answer any questions, and made a larger size exchange seamless. The items arrived swiftly in a carefully packed box by sign for delivery. I'm exceptionally pleased with each of the items, and the price in my opinion is reflective of the quality which is immediately evident; these accessories are a fantastic addition to my day kilt outfit. I purchased a bespoke sporran from Artisans of Scotland and was absolutely delighted with the result! The communication from the start to the finish of the product was excellent, the turnaround time and delivery were swift and the actual quality of the sporran is superb.
