Ordered an item on 9th December as a…

Ordered an item on 9th December as a Christmas present. It stated on the website that it would arrive for Christmas. Had a couple of updates with tracking information that when tracking number entered, is not recognised. It's now 20th December and I am thinking I will need to go out shopping on Christmas Eve to buy a replacement. Really not happy. Feel like I've been conned into buying something that wasn't going to be here in time.

Do not order from this company unless…

Do not order from this company unless you want to wait over 2 weeks for your order. I ordered on Nov 29 and case was not delivered until Dec 16. There is no phone number for this company, and when you message them about your order, you just keep getting the same AI-generated response that they “completely understand your frustration.” Order processing takes 1-3 business days, and shipping takes an additional 8-10 business days. They send a fake tracking number which shows that your order is being processed in Arlington Heights, IL (for reference, I live in St. Louis, MO, so this order should have been here in 2 days), but when the package finally arrived, it showed that the package came from Somerset, NJ. There is nothing special about this case. It is a phone case. I ordered it because I usually order a Spigen card case, but Spigen does not yet have a card case for the 17 Pro. Would never order from this company again. I even started wondering if this is a real company.

Please do not buy their cases. Product quality is those few dollars quality that you can get from any website. Is not worth it. Don’t get cheated. It took a long time to arrive , the product came from China and not from the country u order from.

Absolutely terrible customer service…

Absolutely terrible customer service and do not honour their easy returns policy. I ordered a heavy duty titan metal case and there’s nothing heavy duty about it. It contains majority soft foam silicone. It wouldn’t stand up to the rugged work environment I’m in. Claim ‘military grade protection’ and ‘360 degree metal protection’ and ‘dust proof’ but the case has huge gaps in it. The advertising is incredibly misleading.
The product is in its original packaging and hasn’t been used but they are consistently stalling giving return information.
Avoid this company at all costs!!!

Worst buying experience I have had…

Worst buying experience I have had online. The case I ordered does not fit my phone. After multiple communications with the company, they now say

“After carefully reviewing your order details, it appears that the cases you received were indeed for the iPhone 17 series, which includes the iPhone 17 Pro. However, we understand that there may be a size discrepancy that is preventing the cases from fitting your device properly.”

I am directed to make sure the sizing is correct before ordering…. Quite confusing. I ordered on November 27th. It is December 15 and each communication just delays the exchange process.

They are unwilling to accept the return…

They are unwilling to accept the return of the item, a case for IPhone 17. I am not happy with it, it is not as described or pic from their website. The responses look like AI generated rubbish, they don't provide a phone number for direct contact, they just keep repeating the same message over and over despite me providing pics which they requested. Now asking for serial number of my phone which seems really dodgy to me.

Communication was a highlight for me. This gave me peace of mind. Every time I emailed. There was a response no longer then 24hrs.

Overall the quality of the product is rare to fine for my fold 4.

I purchased an I pad case

I purchased an I pad case. On the 28/ August 2025.and it started falling apart several weeks ago There refund policy is only for 1 month I expect much better ware and tear than 3 months, special at the price point you pay. So I’ve order another case from another supplier.

Avoid this company at all costs the ipod case l ordered took ages to arrive their communication is dreadful which is the same as the quality of their products. The case was totally unusable fell to bits on its eventual arrival, there was only one place for it was the bin, as the cost of returning it was more costly than the value of the ipad case if that was what it was.

Fake UK company

Fake UK company, order took weeks to arrive, then it wasn't suitable so tried to return it. What a nightmare that turned out to be. case cost £30 - 1st offer - to keep the phone case and pay £10 to chose another, 2nd offer - refund 50% keep case, in between emails saying they will close the account. 3rd offer - replacement case but keep previous case. by this time I'am two months in trying to get a refund and it was a matter of principle to get my money back. contacted my bank who advised me on the next steps. Told Astra Cases that the case was available to collect. Finally offered a refund less original delivery. Each email received felt impersonal like it was an AI generated response. Do not buy from this company.

Generic poor quality product

The iPad case we ordered is a generic non-branded product of extremely poor quality. The swivel platform is too loose so it just spins. The sides are barely present and certainly don’t firmly grip the iPad. The material is poor quality and flimsy. Very disappointing- not useable.

Rotten delivery

Ordered my iphone 8 plus case well over two weeks ago from Astra UK and still waiting. Several email contacts since all answered with syrupy AI generated responses beginning with ‘thanks for reaching out to us’ but with no explanation as to why the delay and when I will receive my thirty quid case. They have my money but I don’t have my case! Avoid this company at all costs.

Absolutely shocking company deal…

Absolutely shocking company to deal with. I placed an order by accident emailed them straight away and they responded it's all ready been shipped. It hadn't arrived all. 1 week later I then got a email saying said product has now been shipped. On their website it states that the processing time is 2 to 3 days before shipping. They lied to me. Another order I had took a month to get delivered. Absolutely dreadful company. No doubt going to have a fight trying to get a refund.

Case purchased did not fit iPhone

Case purchased did not fit iPhone that it was stated to fit. Company requested photos, screenshots and video of my phone and me trying to fit the case. Their promise regarding “ No Hassle Returns ” is false. After back and forth for over a week, I only received refund for 1/2 the cost of the case.
