Ordered an iPhone “Real leather “ case.
Their sales pitch mention several times premium leather, but now I see it also says vegan!
By this mean cultured? That is not real leather.
Hugely disappointed.
They did offer a refund, and apologised for the confusion.
To my mind that is lying and nothing to do with any confusion.

Absolutely amazing service!
Absolutely amazing service from Sherwin and the team. I ordered the wrong size case for my phone and had to change it. My phone was then actually stolen the day after I placed my order so I had to change it for a second time. Most companies would have made it extremely difficult or told me it wasn't possible. Not Astra Cases. They went out of their way to help me and to resolve the issue! Many, many thanks! Can't recommend them highly enough and their cases are stylish and beautiful!

Disappointed – Poor Quality Product & Unfair Refund Policy
I placed my order 14 days ago and it only just arrived. Unfortunately, the product is of very poor quality – cheap and not fit for purpose. It’s clear this is a low-cost import, not what I expected at all.
I tried to cancel the order once I realised it wasn’t being shipped from the UK, but the company refused. Now they’re only offering a partial refund, claiming it’s too expensive to return the item to Asia – which wasn’t made clear at the time of purchase.
Be aware: the positive reviews on their site are filtered and only published if approved, which is misleading. I’m requesting a full refund and, if this isn’t resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter further.

Dropshipping scam. Takes 20 days to arrive. Put their product images into TinEye reverse image search and you'll see the same thing on AliExpress. Terrible fit and finish to the product. Many rip offs of old Griffin Tech designs.

Good cases let down by poor delivery
Order acknowledgement misleading as states case has been despatched when in fact it hasn't even been picked from warehouse. In reality delivery can be between 2 to 3 weeks. so don't buy from them if you need something quickly.
