Matériel truffé d'obsolescences programmées - Equipment riddled with planned obsolescence

I bought what should be the tablet of tomorrow: A T100H
Right after the warranty period, impossible to charge it because of the micro-usb which does not connect properly with the cable.

After a repair, the same failure reappears 18 months later.

Also, the battery pack is inaccessible (the risk of screen breakage is major while charging indication errors would require removing and putting back for re-init.

In short, do not buy a tablet from this manufacturer, their products are full of programmed obsolescence. Help purify the economic ecosystem by buying elsewhere.

At first I was Pro-asus but with their…

At first I was Pro-asus but with their new (?) internal policy, here is a list of at least 2 point of why I would not recommend Asus anymore:
-planned obsolescence: Every Asus I brought was programmed to faile or be heavily damaged when warranty expire. Last issue exemple was for the Asus R558U where the internal battery got swollen a month after the warranty ( Googling it and it seems I am not the only user...)
-Really inneficient after-sale services: About previous point, I tried 7 times contacting support service with each time a new folder ID (????) and new process request because they could not receive any mail on their system. They told me the faulty part about the mail was my mailbox not sending any message while I tried to send it to other contacts as receivers as well, and they perfectly received it. After the 6th call aptempt, they told me to open a new case in asus support site, however on the site I could not load all the recquired pictures for them (only 8mb allowed and I had ~13 required files...). I personaly think they only turn around the pot to kill times and to finally answer me that the warranty expired (although it is a known issue..)
-Although the recent is faulty Asus parts are the top expensive brand...

Asus...in discovery of incredibly disapointing...

Virtual Asus service repair / SAV virtuel

Pratique douteuse / SAV / devis virtuel

I am not satisfied with Asus service repair and It seems I am not the only one. please have a look at the Google Web search with "Asus sav let me repair".
Your repair service doesn't make the basic preparation before giving me a quote. They told me that i had a motherboard out of order. I declined the quote as it was the price of a new laptop. When it came back I wanted to re use the Hard drive and DVD to install them into a new laptop. I was suprised to see the motherboard with a lot of dust. I removed the dust and the laptop started to work perfectly.
What did your service repair want to test? The chips on the motherboard or the dust resitor, capacity,... ? I think that your service repair turned dust into Gold. Perhaps it is a miracle, but in the real world it seems someone is taking customers for idiots or it is a scam to re sell second hand material to others. In France, giving a quote is a free service as it should give me the choice "should/could I afford this?". It is a way of showing they know what they are doing. I can see how your company makes money, no need to actually fix a computer, just scamming and charging customers for a quote seems enough. As a serious company I was not expecting to pay 110€, just to get a quote to know if I could afford to fix my laptop, this is ridiculous ! Especially when I see that nobody even cleaned the laptop while testing it, to realise once back at my house that it was working after cleaning it. The true name of this departement is "Asus virtual service repair".
I am waiting for you to reimburse me at least the 70€ for this "amazing" quote as well as the shipping cost of twice 20€. In addition to pay 110€ for dust, I find myself with 2 laptops (as I bought a new one after your perfect advice). Do you want costumers to think Asus is a big scam?
