Absolutely disgraceful from HP

Absolutely disgraceful company. I bought HP initially as it was a trusted company and I will never buy anything from them again. Their products break after a short period of time and then it is impossible to contact any form of support without having to pay for a premium service involving a monthly payment just to speak to a human being!

A lot of issues

A lot of issues, and Imean - A LOT with my HP Envy 6000 series printer. you have to be connected to a wifi and HP is controlling ALL your prints. If you dont have an up to date account on their site, HP will stop your printer from working. You can not even make a copy or scan. It is HORRIBLE to have a company controlling your activity. And on top of this, the prionter is not working properly. It is "living its own life" sometimes it turns off, sometimes in th middle of the night, the printer is making noice and switches itself on. Hours of frustration since I bought this printer. As it is controlled from an HP account online, it is also very hard to attach other computers or devices to use the printer. If something "goes wrong" or the printer stops printing, the user is obliged to log into the HP account and get the message of what is wrong. I am really not impressed by HP and I would NEVER recommend anyone to support this company by boying a printer or any device that gets you trapped in their consumer control. Highly disappointed.

HP.fr an absolute disgrace

Shameful and disgraceful service from
HP. After sales communication extremely poor. Guaranteed delivery time periods not respected. No concern at all for customer satisfaction with no help and no support whatsoever.
