Beware! Fraudulent Company that lies about reservation policy
This company is nothing more than one of those fraudulent travel shams that lie to get you in the door, then the service is terrible. Stay away! I booked through Kayak, and I will never again use Auto Europe. I paid up front with a "100%" cancellation policy. Not only is there NO WAY to cancel on their website - the "cancel my reservation" tab is literally non-functioning - but they do not honor the cancellation policy, even with Covid-19. I had 100% cancellation policy, and even with Covid, they still are offering just a voucher. They owe me over 450 euros and I will not stop fighting until I get it back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Go directly to Enterprise, Hertz, or Budget - you will have better service and you can trust them. You cannot trust Auto Europe.

No way to cancel my reversion
Officially, Auto Europe has an option to cancel BUT if you open the cancellation - there is nothing except a proposal to give you a bonus if you "postpone" your reservation i.e. the option "cancellation" disappears
Moreover, they changed the condition of the cancellation and charges you 20 EUR for the cancellation.
Update: I was forced to write an email, then another email and finally my reservation was cancelled and money were returned

N'ayant ni le nom du conducteur principal ni le numéro du bon de réservation, nous n'avosn aucune possibilité de consulter votre réservation.
Pour information : Auto Europe n'applique pas de frais d'annulation lorsque Auto Europe est informée 48 heures avant la date de début de la location réservée, cependant en raison du volume d'annulation plus élevé causé par la crise due au Covid 19, Auto Europe facturera une somme modique de 20 € pour couvrir les frais de paiement et de traitement de l'annulation.
Les réservations existantes peuvent être modifiées gratuitement, mais veuillez noter que les modifications effectuées sont soumises au nouveau tarif et à la disponibilité pour la même période de location.
