All ok until things go wrong - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I also used to think "great website, good rates, very convenient..." until I faced a problem with one of the car rental companies and I realized how Auto Europe customer service is so bad, not willing to help at all, not taking any responsibility even when they should, treating clients with arrogance...
I was a regular client, I will not book again through this company.
