There is no one to speak to
There is no one to speak to when you need assistance and they don’t respond to emails. Ordered an item a week ago and have not received any notification or indication on when I would receive the order. It’s been 7days now and I urgent need this.

Have been using AYP for just under a year with little issues. My latest order placed on the 19th and approved on the 21st of September has still not been dispatched (7th October)! Online chat is closed, can no longer get through on the phone and they have stop replying to emails. I have requested a refund via Paypal and won't be using AYP in the future.

Easy to use website - I wish the libre plus 2 was a bit cheaper as being type 2 I have to pay for it - but it is useful as I can see where my sugars are.
