Service was very good as were the product ordered, I thought the price was slightly less than my previous suppliers but overlooked the delivery charges where as my previous suppliers deliveries were free.

AYP healthcare , they cancelled order and still awaiting my refund
If I could give AYP Healthcare a minus rating, I would.
I ordered medication in mid-July and, a few days later, was asked to provide proof of identity, which I supplied. On 1 August I contacted them for an update and subsequently received an email stating that my order had been cancelled because the supplier could not provide the medication. I was told that my refund would be issued within 3–5 days.
Despite further correspondence and another assurance that the refund had been processed, I am still waiting for my money.
I have now had to raise a dispute with my credit card company to try to recover the payment.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from this company.

Delivery abysmal and off label item received
I’m sorry AYP, this was my first time using you and it was a fairly abysmal display. I ordered Optilast eyedrops from you on 5 Aug 26, they were prescribed on the same day, the label on the package shows they were dispensed on 6 Aug 26, yet they have only now been delivered on 20 Aug 26. I don’t know why it took 2 more weeks to put the box in a small Jiffy bag and post it. On top of that the eye drops are not the Optilast brand I ordered, they are no name off label generic eye drops. Not really what I wanted or expected.
