Fast delivery,accurate tracking, and easy set up. Lights are a bit small but nicely spaced and the shape is realistic.

The tree was out of the boxes and assembled in 15 minutes. Delivery was next day. Tree looks amazing after decorating. We are using the light setting to change from white to coloured lights.

My tree came bent, talked to an agent who was very nice, took pictures, received a free label, 3 days later I was refunded. Couldn’t reorder, because it was out of stock until next season.

Tree is just what I wanted. Website description was very accurate. Quality of product is great. The customer service was excellent (rep phoned me to ensure tree was deliverable to my address). I'm very happy with my tree!

The 6.5 FT Slim Stratford Spruce looks great and is the perfect size for the LR in our Townhouse After ordering, the tree arrived a few days later via FedEx. Great service The installation instructions were clear and concise and assembly of the 3 pieces was really slick. “ Fluffing” the branches was easier than expected and took me less than 1 1/2 hours. This is our first artificial tree and It looks incredibly realistic. We are really happy we bought the pre lit tree with colour plus clear led lights. No more spending hours untangling and stringing lights! And we can easily choose 3 different lighting scenarios with the handy remote control or foot switch. We’re glad we chose Balsam Hill Thank you.

Update: I spoke to their helpdesk and was amazed at how helpful and accommodating they were. A replacement tree is on the way, and a return (free) label for the return box. I got my $50 rebate as well. Great job Balsam Hill !!!

Original: I like my new Christmas trees, but: 1) I signed up to get $50 off my purchase ($1,300), but was told I couldn't at the time as it took a few days before I'd get the coupon. But I would have lost the sale price if I'd waited, so it was suggested I purchase and call back in a week to ask for the $50 refund. I did this, several weeks ago, but have never received my refund. 2) The lights on one of my trees flicker slightly and are not as bright as the other tree. I tried to contact support, but was on hold and didn't have time to wait, so will try again.

So far, I've not had the Balsam Hill "experience" I expected for the cost of the trees I bought. Once I finally reach support, I hope that will change.

Customer service was great. When I made an error and purchased the wrong size of tree, they shipped a new one at no cost and the return was paid for.
- I understand the trees are expensive to begin with and this is part of the service, but it is greatly appreciated.
- Also loved that I ordered it one day, it was here the next day.

These wreaths are good quality and work well on the exterior of my home. I didn’t realize they were battery powered when I purchased them but the built in timer is helpful in saving the battery. The AA batteries didn’t last long as I believe the cold weather caused them to fail so I used Lithium AA batteries and so far so good. The lights could be a bit brighter or larger but overall they look nice.

We really like the tree. Two aspects:
1. We ordered the branch preview package last year. The blue spruce branch in that package was part of the basis for choosing the tree but was different (and a bit more realistic) from the actual tree.
2. The perceived brightness of the LEDs varies - the green predominates. It would be nice to have a higher visual impact of other colours

Really nice tree, easy set up. Easy to decorate, lots of space to hang decorations. Ours is 6 feet.

The tree quality is nice but don’t feel it was worth the price and was disappointed in the lights.

Never got my refund. Never heard back from customer support.
