Scam. Took my $40 for exercise bands and never delivered. SHOP app of no help.

This company stole my money, I bought 2 exercise bands and they didnt turn up and over a 7 month period and every excuse under the sun they eventually said the product was returned to sender as I was not at home when it was delivered. It actually was addressed to a PO Box and never arrived. They said I would have to pay for postage again to get it delivered, I said that was not satisfactory and I didnt want to give them the ability to scam me for more money. They have stopped communicating. Don't buy anything from this site and facebook shame on you for allowing these these types of businesses to scam people on facebook.

I ordered the never fail slimming hola hoop and a lounge towel 69.91. Ordered March 29th now it's August 5th and still haven't received. I like the others on here habe sent numerous emails, then contact them though PayPal. It's late because of COVID-19, then was told to contact FedEx, and the POST Office. Then it was custom is being slow. Offrrd $3 then $5 then $10. So i turned it over to PayPal on June 19th still waiting to hear back for them. This store should be shut down and fined for all the people they have scammed.

Doesn't deserve even 1 star. 5 months and 15 emails later still no product. Did not refund money. Didn't not provide proper tracking. Same response everytime. Horrible experience.
40$ just gone. I was polite and understanding at the begging as I had ordered at the beginning of covid. Makes me furious to think how they have not even agreed to refund after 6 months.

This has been an absolutely horrible experience. I started emailing them after 2 months. They kept just telling me to wait. Then at 4 months they told me for some reason my bands were sent back to them. We have argued for a week. They wanted to give me 5% back, are you kidding! Never would give me a full refund. Wanted to ship them back out to me but wanted me to pay for shipping. Again, you have got to be kidding! Like I would give them MORE money. They are awful. Finally told them today that I’d just take the 50% back that was their final offer. We’ll see if I actually get it.

Received my bands today after 4 months. I thought this was a scam but the bands made it.

6 months after ordering my exercise bands they finally arrived. No instructions but at least they arrived.

Same as everyone below! No product and nothing but the run around to get money back. Its a scam and they just take your money and run!

Same exact experience as others. Been waiting for 4 months for resistance bands. Do not buy anything from this site. Scammers 100%.

I have been waiting for 4 months. Finally they say the order was lost and are only offering me 50% refund. The worst company I've ever worked with. I still don't have the products.

Nothing yet, and after quite a few emails was also offered $3 and told its on the way... so is Christmas!! terrible communication, I'm filing a complaint with my CC to get my money back, which they charged the day I got the email saying it was shipped.

I ordered something from this website in late March. I emailed them several times and was offered a $3 credit because my item was delayed.....for my troubles. I have yet to be able to convince them to refund my money and I still don’t have the item. I expect I will not receive it at all. They customer service is AWFUL! I would caution anyone from ordering from this site.....beware!

Worst customer service ever. After weeks of waiting I told them to cancel the order and give me a credit. I emailed them daily and they finally offered me a $3 refund for my troubles, oh boy! Several weeks later the product finally showed up but they refuse to credit or accept a return. Terrible customer service! Over a month to get the product that should have been delivered in days but they didn't care! STAY AWAY FROM BATILO

3 months after ordering, they claimed the product was held up in customs/shipping. The tracking number they provided was invalid from the start. After endless email exchanges and being told that the product was "on its way" and that I "should wait a few more days" hey claimed it was returned due to not being picked up. I requested a refund 5x's and they offered me $3. I have filed claims with PayPal and VISA.

Ordered these in April and still haven't arrived. Fed Ex tracking # isn't a legit one. Don't waste your money like I Did. They're thieves and hopefully will be caught.

I ordered resistance bands in March 2020. I never received my order from Batilo.com. I ordered in March and even paid the VIP shipment. After 3 weeks, I realized I have not received anything nor a notification. I finally decided to follow-up. They gave excuses due to overload in orders and COVID 19 shipment delays. I was patient enough to wait for another 2 months just because I believed it was a COVID 19 shipment delay issue. Then the fake information on the tracking number and fake excuses such as unclaimed product and misplaced shipment. And then I demanded a refund after the 3rd month. While they were willing to refund, they wanted to pay only half of the cost or the shipment cost. When I refused, they then responded that the product will still be shipped and just to wait for 4 weeks. They then gave me a tracking number & site where I can monitor the delivery location. Like a fool, I was tracking the shipment only to realize after 2 weeks that this did not make sense. When I followed-up again, they then responded that it was unclaimed again so they offered a refund but only willing to pay for half the cost. I felt stupid believing that they would eventually get my resistance band to me somehow. I then decided to share with the world about Batilo.com. They are a scam site. Take this experience as a warning to not buy anything Batilo.com or from their products in other sites like Amazon. Don't let them steal your money. Search "Batilo reviews" on the web and see how many people were scammed by them. They are a fake eCommerce site. They will steal your money. To make matters worse, I found these guys from an ad from Facebook. I will never buy anything advertised on Facebook.

Ordered bands that were supposed to ship in 24 hours and arrive 10-20 days. Took over three months. Emailed them consistently over last two months demanding a refund and they only offered 10-20% refunds; at one point they did say to notify them once product arrived for a refund, which I did and of course they are not honoring it. They still advertise fast shipping which is totally farcical. Thankfully my credit card company has refunded me for this incident. Do not purchase anything from these liars.

They are a total scam. Order resistance bands months ago. Been emailing them for the past few months, always being told order is on it's way. Pissed. I might even report them to the police.
