Arghhhhhh so frustrating!!!! Do not buy from this company. I ordered an item back in february. Not arrived. 20 emails back and forth....broken English, hope you understand...please accept 3usd compensation, slow logistics due to virus etc etc etc. Tracking number all in chinese. Could not track. Told them they are a scam conpany that has stolen my money and all get is "sorry, please understand" etc.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
Also because i paid in USD i presumed my item was coming from america and not china!

Ordered resistance bands, never arrived, tracking order said it left company spent 2 weeks in a airport, then returned to Batilo. No update from company for a refund

I ordered resistance bands 3 months ago. Everytime i tried to contact their customer service, i would receive an email written in broken English. In the end, it got delivered to wrong address in the different state. FO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I ordered 2 months ago and nothing. I’ve sent over 10 emails and always respond the same thing... “please be patient.. please undestand... Covid 19 fault...” and then offer a $3.00 credit or 10% discount. I already paid. The links they send redirects you to pages that doesn’t exist, the tracking numbers are untrackable, the app they use is in chinese and you can’t change the language. They say that they don’t make refunds. Nevertheless, the site says 100% money back guarantee, free shipping worldwide and refund for late or missing merchandise. False advertising. Don’t buy from them!!!

Joining the line. Exact same experience as everyone else. 2.5 months and still no product, at least 10 emails. They blame on COVID and offered $3, 5%, 10%, 15% refunds in separate emails, before going back to 5% again. In all emails I have asked for a full refund which they totally ignore. Feel so stupid for allowing myself to get scammed like this...

Same as everyone else on here. Ordered resistance bands in March. Received order confirmation but no shipping information. Finally got an answer to my email... they ran out of the product but would get more "soon" and send when they could. Got a confirmation in April with a tracking number that's been deemed invalid. I've emailed with this company NUMEROUS times and was once told to notify them when I recieved the product and they would refund my money for all of the hassle. No refund has been made. I've contacted them several times.. they've offered to refund the shipping. Still no product. Definitely a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If a lawsuit is set forth I'd like to be included in that.

Same as everyone else. Ordered resistance band on 3/22. Not yet received any yet. Customer service provided a tracking number, but didn’t provide the carrier. Scammer!

I have ordered something end of January and in June I still have not received it, nor did they credit me the same. NEVER order anything!!!

I ordered 2 sets of resistance bands on March 23. No communication received. I contacted PayPal on April 17th to start a concern resolution. It is now June 7 and I still have no resolution from PayPal or from the company. Is there anything that we can do as a group to get our money back?

This is a scum service, they will never send you the product, and waste your time with several email of waste of time

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE.

Its a scam and they don't ever send you anything. I've been waiting 3 plus months and have emailed them several times. They keep apologizing and ensuring the package is arriving while blaming the delay on covid. Then the more you complain they start offering small refunds but not even close to the full amount.

I'm not sure how this website has not been shut down yet.

The worst service i have ever experienced with online shopping. 8 weeks later my order is still not here. after multiple emails i still can not get an answer. customer service cant help but only reply with simple emails to say ...."But please don't worry, because this will still be sent even though it takes quite a long time" ..Apparently the order is still in China. I have purchased many products over the past 2 months since COVID-19, all have been received with in 11 days. ie Wiggle . I wouldn't purchase anything from this site. be careful

Nothing new here, just the same as everyone else. I bought exercise bands over 2 months and have not received them. They refuse my request for a refund four times. Do not purchase anything from them

Horrible company purchased the resistance bands about 2 months and I haven’t received the product. I guess I wasn’t the only one.
