Placed an order 2 months ago and still have not received it ... Product is coming from China

This place is absolutely a freaking scam!!! It must be nice to have a company to just steal money from people. Pretty sad..

TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! YOU WILL NEVER...EVER GET THIS ITEM OR HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

Would not recommend, though have to mention that after over 2 months, I finally received my product. Originally ordered off of Instagram mid-March

Massive scam. Do not order from this company. You’ll lose your money. They will not deliver what you purchased.

Huge scam. Like many others, I ordered a product and it was never delivered. I’ve reached out and they told me that they will give me a 5% discount if I didn’t leave a review. They never gave me a my money back nor the product.

Should be 0 stars. Straight up scammed people to make a quick buck. Never got my bands. Won’t refund my money.

I wish I could give zero stars. This is the worst company ever. I also ordered mid March when everything shut down. Emailed after first month and no answer. Finally got a reply at the beginning of May saying they'll only give me a 1% refund and only once the product is delivered. So, I won't be getting my money back from this. Total scam!!!!

Similar to everyone else, I placed an order in mid-March. I’ve emailed them several times and of course are using the pandemic as an excuse. They offered a 1% discount but only when the product arrives (which is never). I filed a dispute with PayPal so we’ll see how that goes.

They try to play the victim and say everything is out of there control. Big scammers here, definitely stay away.

If I could vote 0 stars I would. I have been waiting months for a product I bought and will be lodging a claim with PayPal as this is clearly fraud.

My experience has been the same. Ordered cables to use during Covid over two months ago and nothing. Get the same BS generic response that it's on the way. Hate these people.

Do not purchase from this company. It is a scam. Never received my product.

Do not buy anything from Batilo. It's been 2 months and still have not received my order. Requested for refund multiple times and kept writing me back to offer 5%, 10%, 15% refund when I requested 100% refund. The item is shipped from China and provided with a fake shipping tracking number. I will gladly return the item to them if I ever received it.

Waited 9 weeks for my product to arrive and am now filing a dispute with PayPal for a refund. These guys are scam artists who do not comply with a request for cancelation or a refund. Stay away.

I wish I could put a 0 star review. Horrible company. Horrible customer service. I ordered exercise equipment 2 months ago. The item is not here and the company refuses to do anything about it. They say it’s company policy that they can offer any refund or cancel the order after this delay. Money lost.... please do not buy anything from them unless you want to lose money. Huggeeee scam.

Similar to everyone else: I ordered resistance bands from them on March 26, paid extra for expedited shipping. THEN I started reading the awful reviews. On March 29 I sent a message requesting they cancel the order. I received irrelevant responses on March 3, 4 and 5. On March 6, I received a notice from them that my order had shipped, but similar to other reviews, the "FedEx tracking number" was unknown to FedEx and was obviously completely made up. FORTUNATELY I contacted my credit card company and contested the charge, which the credit card company supported after failure to get a response from the "vendor." Also sketchy.....their website is no longer "batilo.com" but rather "baitilo.com" and still offering to sell the same product that no one else is getting delivery on.....

If I could give zero stars I would. My order never came in even after two months and when I tried working with their customer support they said they would not refund my purchase. They have TERRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS. Do NOT order from them!

If I could give less than ZERO to review this company, I would do.
I ordered the elastibands last March with VIP shipment (9.99$) and they are still telling me that:

- the transportation environment is complicated
- the speed of shipping can't be controlled
- the shipment may be delayed because of bad weather or other factors.

That's a lot of blablabla.

By checking the shipment of the good, I realized it was shipped twice, but never received.

Stay away from them, they are the WORST!
