I reviewed week ago. Finally after 3 months towels arrived. I will give 2 stars for the long delay and frustration with the company . But they have finally arrived and i am happy enough with quality

Total scam ordered through paypal so hopefully I will get my refund. Been arguing with company for three months, they say package is on way, however now they want me to go to local post offices to see if it's there. Such BS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered my resistance bands on April 7th from an ad on Instagram. They have told me that I need to check with customs, that they will not give me my money back. They have offered 50% money back and told me that my product was sent back to them unclaimed from customs. So they told me they lost money on shipping so I need to cover half the cost...I have no resistance bands today...and they want me to cover 15.00?? Terrible company and I think this is not a company at all. They get you to pay for a product that will never be sent at all.

Ordered resistance bands three months. Wrote numerous mails but they have no concrete information. i wish i had read the reviews before...

This seems like a scam. I ordered resistance bands from them on 4/6/20 and they are still not here (it's 6/19/20 today). Emailing a bunch of times they say it's the Coronavirus causing delays, and they will not refund. My bad for not checking these reviews prior to ordering.

I ordered resistance bands in march and have not received them I have been in constant contact with them and they offered me 15 percent of the delivery which was free I have since contacted a solicitor as this is theft and they are in breach of my consumer rights do not use this company you will not receive what you ordered .

I recently ordered a beach blanket from Baitilo (batilo.com), and it arrived today. I am disappointed, because it is not the blanket I ordered from the pictures, it’s basically a tarp.

There’s no double-layer as advertised, it isn’t “sandproof” as advertised because it is not mesh, and there isn’t a pocket as advertised. Lastly, the loops to hook the pegs into are cheaply made, unlike the ones pictured.
I feel scammed and sad. People should get what they pay for. I was really looking forward to using it at the beach this summer, but like I said, it’s like a tarp, so it’s not comfortable to lay on, and sand will definitely pile up on it.

Ordered a Resistance Band in March, I've contacted them monthly looking for updates but the shipping information just listed as "IN TRANSIT". Three months past and I finally ask for a refund since I never received it. They told me it was returned from my post office since it was not claimed, without any notification that it was there. This site is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Oh my I’m not the only one! I placed an order March 17 and today June 16 nothing has arrived yet. Was I robbed?

Absolute scam. Same as everyone else. Never received my bands, it has been 3 months. Wont give me the refund which they guaranteed. Stay away from this website.

I ordered the resistance bands in march. Still havent gotten them. Have sent several emails and they send me a shipping notification that is invalid. Do not order from them scam. And now its too late to get my money back!

Ordered the resistance bands in early March and after 3 months, I'm yet to receive. The customer support are a bunch of ugly liars blaming Covid in the beginning and now when I showed them that the tracking shows "expired", now they're blaming the local post office. And funnily they had charged me $3 extra for expedited shipping.

These people are just like their Xi (Winnie the Pooh) - a gang of cheats & liars

Adding to the list of bad reviews. Ordered my bands on March 23rd (80 days ago) and all they’ve been replying with is “order will be there soon” “we can offer a 5% refund for the delay” I’m going to try to dispute this with my credit card company. Batilo is complete bullsh*t

3 months later, still no item. They gave me a tracking number that does not exist.

Scam -- did not get product. Sent many messages that FedEx reports tracking number is invalid. All replies say the product is shipped and provides the same tracking number. I will never buy another product advertised on FACEBOOK

I would put zero stars if it were possible. THIS IS A SCAM SITE!! They take your money, you receive NO PRODUCT, and they then fob you off for weeks telling you that you've missed the delivery and offering you refunds of 3%, 5% or similar ridiculous figures.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!! SCAMMERS.
