I ordered the product 2 months ago and it has not been delivered yet. I asked for a refund since I don't need it anymore and they offered 3$ refund as if I'm asking for charity!!! They are horrible don't buy anything from them!

Just another scammers! Advertised as Multi-function Circular Saw - 50% OFF × 1, but sent me a blade which I have no use for without a saw. Contacted multiple times and they played dummy game, like we already shipped it to you.
Such a waste of time and money. Shame

This company is a scam.
They take your money and never deliver your goods.
If you complain they just keep fobbing you off.

Do not order from this company. I ordered from them in March and have not received the product. When you ask for a refund, they will not give it to you. They also ask not write a review, what kind of company is that.

This company is a complete scam. Order a product 2 months ago and I still have not reveived it. I will go through all measures to bring this site down. Reporting to the internet crime investigation as it is a complete fraud!!!

my order hasn’t come and i placed it 8 weeks ago. their customer service is a terrible.. said to give it 15 days since package shipped but it’s been more than 40, i paid for 2 week shipping and they will only refund me $3.... AVOID!!

Horrible experience! I ordered an item on March 22nd and first they told me it was not in stock, then it was sent and up to this date, way over a month, I have not received my item and they refused to give me my money back. Communication has been awful and their package tracking information is not accurate, nor gives further details about the package process. This page seems more like a scam than anything else.

Had a similar experience as everyone else. I ordered the resistance bands nearly 2 months ago. I paid "VIP shipping" of 9.99 to get them here quickly. After 5 days, I requested cancellation since they had not even provided a tracking number. I received an email 2 days later that it was too late and they had been shipped. The tracking number showed that they had not been shipped until days after I requested cancellation. Every contact with the seller results in "please wait 1-5 days for shipping updates". It has not updated for over a month now. I have filed disputes with my credit card company and paypal in hopes of getting my money back.

I’d give 0 stars if possible. They took my money just fine and after 2.5 months the product still sits in China.

DO NOT ORDER FROM INSTAGRAM ADVERTISEMENTS.

If you really want the product just download WISH and order it safely from there.

Customer service will answer emails but it’s the same “you can track your order from...” and even it still sits there after 3 months they won’t refund you.

Be aware BATILO IS A SCAM. Don’t believe others here. You save at least 50% of the costs and headache using WISH

This isn't a scam as others are saying. I too didn't realize it was a foreign product, and mine took over 50 days to arrive. However, I suspect that was due to shipping channels in China being down due to the Coronavirus. And when I contacted the email that was inside my confirmation order, I received a prompt reply that it was out for shipping. I was able to track the shipping on an app and the bands were stuck in one city for over a month. They finally just arrived. The bands themselves are a good product.

Been almost 2 months no confirmation. No order

Ordered the item from Facebook Ad on 26th March. I still haven't received the order yet. Contact the customer service several time, very generic answer all the time. Refuse to refund as the ordered has shipped! Have to be SCAM! First time buying links from Facebook! Should have checked properly before!!!

They stole my money and didn't send my product. Report this criminal organization to all possible investigative institutions (virtual crime police).

It is with a heavy heart that I write this review. I don't know why I didn't Google reviews of this company before placing an order, but I am greatly saddened to see that there's a ton of other reviews echoing what I have been experiencing with this company.

Saw the onslaught of ads for resistance bands on Instagram, placed an order on March 25th (Order #67194), credit card was charged, and I received an email on April 12th with a tracking number saying that the item shipped. The tracking number is not recognized by FedEx or any other shipping company. And going back to the email from 3/25 that acknowledges the order was placed yields no positive result. There's an option to click on a box to view the order and I end up getting a 404 Page Not Found error message.

I'll attempt to contact Customer Service, but the outcome will likely end up like countless others. Feeling pretty hopeless and duped. Dealing with shutdowns and closed gyms is stressful enough and this company knew just how to exploit our desire to stay fit during this rough time. Just awful.

Seriously BAD Customer Service.
47 days so far and still no delivery.
What's worse is that this "company" doesn't even reply to your e-mails when you query how your order is progressing.
They are happy enough to take your money, but offer no after-sales service in return. I understand that COVID19 has placed a lot of pressure on businesses globally, but communication and respect are key to good quality Customer Service, and this company offers it's customers neither.

I ordered resistance bands. Was lied to in the first 10 days saying my order was shipped. Then they said it wasn't shipped and they said that it was. It's been 50 days and I am yet to receive my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
