I ordered a dress for New Year’s Eve and it showed up literally A TOTAL DIFFERENT ITEM : not fitted like described, and the color was completely off… Looked like something cheap from China that draped like a nightgown. It was not fitted like the pictures shown on the website. I paid over.$200 An expedited shipping and even the colors are off… Dress was supposed to be Silver mesh and came out white long and cheap. They do not answer emails or phone call calls. I have repeatedly sent emails and left voicemails. I Agree with everyone else this website is a total scam ! They will take your money

I ordered several items for my wife and one was just not the right size. I emailed them REPEATEDLY so I can get a size exchange and NO ONE ever replied or replied once stating "there are no returns". I was not asking for a return! I even sent the item back with copies of the numerous emails I had sent them. They sent the package back unopened! The other items I got for my wife are fine but don't lie about exchanges because it does not happen!

I ordered a dress and received an item that looked nothing like the picture on the website. They do not respond to any emails for even an exchange of the same item like their website says. Total scam! I’m out $300

If I could give it less than one star, I would. They will not respond to you and the $30 I spent for expedited shipping is obviously a scam. This website is not legitimate. Do not order anything from them!

This company is a total scam! Dress for $140 shipped from China, no refund if dress don’t fit, on their site they offer exchange with you paying shipping back, however upon emailing them several times I never got a response, so can not even exchange for different size. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Will report them to costumer affairs and please do not believe the reviews on their website! Check alse where and than decide! You will loose your money!

DO NOT Purchase! This store is a total fraud with their pictures and merchandise. I ordered a dress that was on sale for $199. My total purchase was $235. They sent me a flimsy polyester dress that was nothing like what was pictured. This was a final Sale purchase. I am at such a loss that I want to cry. Again, don't waste your money. My item was horrendously cheap. This should be a crime!

I paid over $100 for a white fringe dress and received a dress that looked like a shein-version of the image displayed. DO NOT buy from this website. I also paid for expedited shipping and it arrived late because they claimed my order didn't get processed even though they charged my account. I submitted a fraud claim against them. TERRIBLE company.

Quality is appalling. My dress came in a reused plastic bag. They do not offer refunds only exchanges. Exchange for what? Another appalling quality dress. It's the fastest way I lost £160. The dress came from China, but the website is US based. I could make a better garment with my eyes closed. Do not buy from this site. It is a con!

I ordered a dress for an event and I am so disappointed in the quality. It looks very cheap in person and the material is very itchy. The package came from China so although this boutique says it is coming out of Miami the items are being sourced from China. The quality is TERRIBLE for the price. Looks more like a $50 dress and YOU CANNOT RETURN. It should be illegal to false advertise like this.

Do not order from Beachside Bunny. The return policy is that you can not return and receive your money back. They are charging high end clothing prices and sending garbage. The quality is very poor and the outfit looks cheap. The fabric is not as described, the buttons and zipper are cheep. Button holes are frayed. Very disappointed and feel like I was robbed. The packaging has Chinese writing on it. This is a SCAM, beware!

I ordered a gold tassel dress for $199, and the quality is very cheap. It is 100% not the same dress in their photos and website reviews. This company is stealing high-end brand photos, not of their products.

Ordered a week ago a dress for 200$. Received no tracking details, nothing. Emailed them and no response. I have been scammed. This website is fraudulent.

I wish I could give this zero stars. But moreover, I wish I had read other reviews here first before ordering; shame on me for not doing my research. This site is absolutely a scam, the products are NOT as advertised, they take photos from high end brand items, then tack together some mockery cheap version of the item and send it to you, with ZERO return policy.

If I could give zero stars I would. Dress ordered and dress received are totally different. Cheap dress sent directly from china with cheap fabric and defects. Tried every way to contact and even sent dress to address on website only for it to be retuned to sender “ as company doesn’t exist there”. BEWARE

Dress arrived. Too small so I have called the number on their website, sent 3 emails and submitted form on their website to exchange with no response. I went and looked on Amazon and the same dress was only $70!!! Instead of $199!! what the heck!!!

As everyone has said, do not order from this company. They do not accept returns so once they have your money don't plan on seeing it again. The clothes are extremely cheap, they will offer you an exchange but then all you get are different cheaply made expensive clothes. TOTAL SCAM. Reporting them to the BBB today!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! You will regret it!!! They have extremely cheap clothes hiked up to outrageous prices. I can't emphasize enough how low quality these items are. I was so disappointed that I reached out to their customer service team to do a return. They replied to my initial email immediately saying THEY DON'T ACCEPT RETURNS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE then they ignored my emails for a week trying to get more information and plead with them because this was wedding money down the drain and the dress won't even work. HORRIBLE COMPANY. You can find ALL of their clothes on much more affordable sites.

Do not shop here. Don’t give them your payment information. Everyone who has shopped here should file a complaint with the BBB so they can finally be shut down.
