Do not buy from this company! There products look nothing like what is shown online. Their return policy is virtually nonexistent. They make you jump through a million hoops to get an exchange, if anything. There shipping too almost a month. Stay away!!

Terrible company. I ordered a dress for my birthday event, dress came in 3 weeks late looked nothing like the picture and they don’t accept returns. Don’t order from the company.

Bought a $150 dress from this site to then find the exact same one on Amazon for $20. How I wish I read these reviews sooner. No refund, just stolen money! Chinese company nightmare.

I purchased a AUD 250.00 dress for my hens from this site and expected a great quality, true to picture dress. Instead, I received a flimsy, cheaply made, low quality material product. I never spend money like but made an exception for my hens night as its a special occasion. Im highly disappointed and feel quite cheated that people have the cheek to scam innocent people. They have no return policy, but only exchange for same size and style. What happens when the product does not look like the one advertised. Its supposed to be an American website, but the item has been sent from Shanghai.

Item never received. I placed my order on 1/16/23. Received a tracking number on 1/18/23. Tracking number never moved past “Shipping label created.” I called numerous times (left messages because the company never picked up the phone) and over a dozen emails. They never shipped the item and made no effort to resolve the issue. This company is fraudulent. Avoid.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The dress I ordered is terribly made and looks incredibly cheap. Nothing like on the website. They refuse to give a refund despite the fact that the dress is obviously not wearable. Stay away!!!!

Horrible customer service. The fact that they are on online store and do not allow any sort of returns is just beyond me. They do not allow you to exchange for store credit to get something else if their clothes do not fit.

The worst quality piece of garbage dress I’ve ever seen. Stupidly I paid about 250 for it, they refuse to refund and will only exchange. Like I want an exchange of something else that’s maybe worth 5 dollars

The dress I received for 160 dollars is the worst thing I have ever received in my life. It’s cheap and falling a part and may I say a piece of you know what. I opened up the package and all the feathers are instantly falling off and the seems looked like the were sewed by a 2 year old. Thank you so much for making me spend my own money for something FOR MY WEDDING DAY. That is absolute trash and now can not be returned.My fault for not reading the return policy. I should have known better. This company is the worst of the worst. Have fun with my 160 dollars you scammers.

I would never buy from them again. The material they use is such low quality. The zippers are horrible. The dresses I had ordered looked nothing like what I saw online. They refuse to refund. Their customer service is horrible. If you try to continue to try and fix an issue they never respond after that. I highly recommend do not ever go and buy anything on this site.

I ordered a dress in December for my beach wedding. It is now mid February and I do not have my dress. I tried tracking the dress and I cannot.
I am hoping to do a stop payment with my bank but it may be too late.
I emailed and ask for a refund and they replied but said they do not do refunds!!

I did get my dress and it was beautiful. But the company should always offer refunds and better communication.

I absolutely LOVED this dress. Unfortunately I ordered a size too small but was able to exchange it for the correct size! My customer service experience was phenomenal. The dress fits like a glove! First off, I have never ordered from an online store like this and I was very hesitant. When my dress came in, the medium was just too small. I was a collegiate swimmer and my back was just too big for the fit. When I emailed for an exchange, they heard my plee and are graciously sending me a large! I’m 5’9”, 150, 36D for those wondering about size.
There are many other items I am looking forward to purchasing now that I know this is a trustworthy operation! Im so grateful and will follow up with pictures when the new dress comes in!

No complaints with the ordering/delivery process. However, the product I received was completely different from the photos online. The dress I ordered was supposed to have translucent material on the arms and legs over top of a short romper underneath. When I tried the dress on, the ‘shorts’ were so tiny, I might as well have been wearing lingerie. The material that was meant to cover the romper was also COMPLETELY see through.
Needless to say …. Cannot wear this anywhere in public.
I emailed their customer service and after many emails they finally agreed to exchange the dress for me.. since they ‘do not do refunds’.. however since I have reached out with an exchange request- they have not responded.
This was 3 weeks ago.
Absolute joke of a company if you ask me.

Quality was not good and fit was horrible.

When I received my beautiful bodycon dress is was too small. When I reached out to the team they were prompt, kind and went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. My correct size will be here just in time for my event.
