I had a size issue with the dress so I open a case to make an exchange, the representative not only responded quickly but arranged to have the correct size sent right away! Excellent customer service!

Total scam. Avoid! I got a dress that looked like it was made for a small child, it went to the small of my back!?
They wouldn’t let me exchange it for a different item or return it, citing their bogus return policy. They have victimized countless people if you read these ratings. My other two dresses still haven’t even arrived. Tracking says “not found”…. I am launching an investigation into their practices.

Wow. If I can give zero stars I would !!! Spent $135 on two dresses. These dresses are literally worth $10 each. You can find something nicer for cheaper on shein website. I was ripped off by these thieves. They are probably located right out of China. They lie on website and say Miami

This place is the biggest scam!! I ordered almost a hundred dollars worth of clothing two years ago. I received no clothing will not give me a refund or credit. They will not respond to any of my messages but continue to send me their sales!!

I ordered a size large.. when i got the dress it looks like a small... it barely fit my daughter who is a size 0.. and way short.. the material and look is of a $19.99 dress.. i called to return and there is no returns.. I asked to exchange for a bigger size and they ghosted me.. will never ever order from this site again.. might be an asian large

ABSOLUTE WORSE CLOTHING COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!! Purchased $150 worth of items that I would have NEVER paid more than $10 for. The quality is worse than a flea market! Bottom line.... ALWAYS beware of a company that doesn't except returns because they are saying up front that they don't stand behind the quality of products!!!!!! Hopefully I can help save some person the pain of dealing with this company!

I wish I could give a negative star rating. This company is a complete fraud. I paid an additional $30 for 7 to 10 day shipping. I still have not received my order. They don’t return calls, send updated tracking information or reply to my emails. I am beyond frustrated.

I wish I could give zero stars. This is the worst company I have ever seen. They never sent my merchandise. The tracking number was useless. I emailed several times and got no response and there is no way to speak to human being when you call. Whatever you do, do not buy from this company, they are horrible. Thankfully my credit card disputed the charge, so I got my money back. Never ever buy from here!

This is the worst clothing site I have ever used! The dresses are such a low quality and weird sized. The dresses were shipped from China so took over a month to get and look like they are about $2.00 each. When I tried to return it they instantly answered me saying there is no refund but I could get credit. This is the worst clothing experience I’ve ever had! Then I said to give me the credit and how do I send the dresses back and they haven’t answered me for 3 days. They also said they have a 7 day window to get credit. DO NOT USE THEM!

Received my dress after receiving a false tracking link. It feels like it is going to fall apart and is completely see through. I am so upset that i will never see that money again

SCAM! They sent me wrong product. No one ever got back with me about an exchange. They do not do refunds. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they said this company is out of business but the website is up and will except your money. Do not buy from here!

I paid $260 for 3 dresses. I waited over a month to receive them and when I opened them up it was so disappointing. The dresses are so cheap. They don't fall right at all. I am a small frame 125 lbs 5'3 and followed their sizing chart WRONG! Save your $$$ they won't take returns for refunds only for same dress, same color, different size. Ridiculous. They have absolutely NO RIGHT to set these return stipulations for junk clothing that you spend good $$ on. I'd rather spend my $$$ on other sites that offer full returns. BUYER BEWARE and the reviews on their site are not true.

BEWARE Fraudulent company and website they are claiming they are out of Miami and give you a tracking number within a day but the tracking says not received from the seller and it’s been over a week! I have requested cancellation but of course they say no refunds. Over $500 down the drain, not sure how I fell for this and didn’t look at reviews! The company is now saying it may take 20-30 days!

Recieved the wrong item. TRIED to contact them 3 separate ways various times and no response. Reporting it to my bank.
