I am shopping online many years, but this is the first time I encountered such a scam. These guys are professionals, their website looks legit, all the costumers reviews and photos looks great. This is why I haven’t checked their reviews on third party website. They sent me absolute garbage for 112$ that does not worth even 1$. I filed a claim to my credit card, and thankfully I got my money back.

Fake, scam, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Over priced dresses in a child size!! Ordered 5 items and only received one!! Took my money and didn't even send me what I ordered!! I can't believe I fell for it :( had to contact my credit card company to get the £200 I spent with them

Bad quality clothing came from China. The dress I purchased doesn’t even look like the one presented on their website. Stay away! You can’t return anything.

This is a fraudulent company. They are selling overpriced garbage without allowing returns. DO NOT buy from them, you will be wasting your money and will be very disappointed with the product you receive.

Same experience as everyone else in this forum. The item I received was not the item I ordered. Super cheep material straight from China without any packing slip or ability to return/ exchange. When I email asking for the correct item to be shipped, I was ghosted. No response. Total scam!!!

Ordered a dress on Nov 15th and never got it! They keep saying by email no refunds for a return!!! I never got it and I have nothing to return!!! They took my money $ 79.95 and i got nothing!!!The number is out of order. They are a scam do not order from them.

The sizing was all off. Bought 3 dresses. 2 were too small, 1 was too big. No rhyme or reason. I'm not allowed to return them either. No refunds. I was told via email that I could exchange but when I asked how to do so, I was ghosted. DO NOT ORDER from here!

Yep I wish I had read reviews about this company before I bought the dress. You cannot return the dress after 7 days. It didn't fit to size and very disappointed with the quality. My advise.... buy from a different website. They got me for $190.00. lesson learned.

tried to exchange dress day after received (within their policy guidlines) company doesn't respond to multiple contact attempts. They deserve the F rating they have on the BBB site. Dress is ugly

If there was a way to give zero stars as a review, I totally would. Their no return and exchange policy is the worst experience I’ve ever had from purchasing something online. It will definitely be my first and last time purchasing anything from Beachside Bunny. They honestly should be called Bitchside because they don’t even return your emails after you reach out for support and don’t return your phone calls after leaving a voicemail. Customer service doesn’t exist. I wish I would have read these reviews first and read their exchange (no) returns policy before purchasing my dresses. I’ve already told family and friends about how bad Beachside Bunny is. Consider yourself warned and beware of purchasing anything from them.

Horrible business selling cheap clothes that ship from China AND ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE. DO NOT ORDER. POOR QUALITY AND TERRIBLE FIT. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

I wish I checked reviews before purchasing. They took almost two months to get my dress. After multiple emails BEFORE receiving the dress trying to cancel my order they NEVER responded because I wanted the dress for a wedding. Upon receipt it looks nothing like the pictures and returns are impossible. 7 day return policy after taking two months to get it? Are you freaking kidding me??? This company is a SCAM! Do not order from them!

Absolutely not what i ordered. I spent a lot of money on 2 items. I got one that would not even fit my neck, let along my belly. what a rip off. SCAM!

Stay clear of this company. Exchange policy is non existent. Bought dress for wife's birthday tried to exchange wanted no monitary return just exchange for different size. $200.00 wasted

This is a total scam!! I tried to cancel before i got my order because i read the reviews and you can't reach anyone!! When i received the two dresses i ordered 4 weeks later they were nothing like the pictures on their website . They
Were so badly made , with cheap material . I lost $109 dollars. The package came from China with no packing slip and No receipt . The biggest ripoff ever!!! Save your money, do not order from them!!!!!!!!

I recently purchased two dresses from this website. The dresses are nothing like the pictures. Simply horrible and just plan Garbage. Please stay away please do not waste your money they don't believe in returning your money this is a garbage site fraudulent. I wanna start a petition to take it down.

SCAMMERS!! I only gave 1 star because I had to, they do not even deserve that. I waited over 2 months for my order and it never showed up. I emailed them and I contacted the Better Business Bureau, and I only recieved emails back stating that they do not accept returns. How is it a return if I never recieved my outfit in the first place?! Nothing since then and never got my money back. I wish I had read their reviews first, but I learned my lesson and read reviews before using any website. I am shocked that they are in business and I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!
