This is definitely a Chinese company posing as one based in the States. Ordered three items - two were garbage quality (one dress did not even cover my butt cheeks). Reached out numerous times to initiate a return (which I was entitled to per their posted return policy). But get nothing but generated posts.

Another scam company that does not answer their emails - poor communication. I wouldn't waste money, you will be disappointed.

Haven’t received my order and customer service doesn’t respond to emails. It has been a month since I placed my order. The tracking information shows the product shipped but there isn’t movement of the package. Indicates to me it really didn’t ship. I have asked for a refund or reship but haven’t received a response.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. I purchased one item & then tried to cancel via email. Sent multiple correspondence but no response. I returned the item, disputed the charge on my credit card but to no avail & I have not received my money back.

I ordered two dresses. Have only received one. The other one tracking states was delivered to Miami. I dont live in Miami. They dont answer phone or written messages. I will be calling my credit card to dispute the charges for the second dress. This is a worthless website, and they are thieves.

i wish i would have seen these reviews before. i orderer a romper it was not a romper but a mini dress, i purchased a romper not a dress. contacted customer service, sent three emails and they wouldnt answer until i threatened to call my credit card and dispute and all they had to say was no returns. they still won't answer me. im filing a dispute. i hope more people read reviews before purchasing.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! THIS IS A SCAM. I purchased a $100 jacket and it is the worst quality thing I've ever seen, not only that but the zipper is broken and they refuse to send me a new one or take my return.

THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. The return policy on their website states you can return for up to 7 days of receiving it, I emailed them the very first day I received it to start the return process and they said sorry we don't accept returns. THE RETURN POLICY ON THEIR WEBSITE IS A LIE. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT CHINESE WEBSITE.

I'm sorry I didn't see these reviews before ordering. Same thing for us...we ordered an $80 dress, took 3 weeks to arrive, it was very cheaply made and wasn't a fit for us otherwise. They list a 7 day return window so I contacted them immediately, didn't hear back, contacted again after 3 days, heard back on the 8th day with "I'm so sorry. Unfortunately, returns are not possible as per our returns and exchanges policy. However, if there's a manufacturing defect or sizing issue, we'll be happy to set up an exchange for the same item in the same color (only size changes are possible). Please let me know if you'd like to proceed with this."
I always look for the positive but wanted others to be aware. Save your money and frustrations and shop with a more trusted source.

I ordered 3 dresses from this company May 9th 2020. The website says it could possibly take 30 days to receive your items and I was okay with that. However, it did not say anything about having to wait almost 4 months! I just received my dresses 3 days ago.. During my wait, I tried contacting this company by email and phone and was NEVER successful! They never returned one email telling me why my package was taking so long. The reason I’m giving them 3 stars is because the dresses, all 3, are as described and made very well. Also, when you look on their website, it says the company is based out of Florida but I am almost positive it is not. The packages I received came from China..

Beachside bunny is a total scam. I posted my review here but they constantly try to take my review out of here by claiming my review isn’t legitimate.
Please do not buy from this fraudulent business and save money. They came directly from China with broken jewelry and cheap clothes that look a bit like from pics on the website. Took more than one month (before covid) to be delivered. Can’t believe there are people out there using fake pictures from other websites and make money out of scamming people like this.

I have never seen the dress I ordered because two months later it still has not arrived.

This website looks like the company is based in Florida. Your order ships China post with no tracking capability and takes 3 months. I only received 2 of the 3 dresses I ordered. Quality on the first was awful. The second was nice but slightly small and no way to contact anyone to exchange the size. The site says no returns, only exchanges but no response. Never got the third dress

Update: got the third dress a month after this review. Tried five times to get a response to exchange sizes, never got any response through email or phone.

The sizing chart is not accurate at all. I bought one dress that was an XL and it fit like an XS and then I bought another dress that was an XL and fit like a XXL. I have tried sending them numerous emails asking to return/exchange my items on all social media and have even commented on their social media pages. They delete all negative reviews from their social media posts. They’re very active on their social media page of promoting their products, but refuse to answer you. Their return/exchange policy states you have to initiate the return/exchange within 7 days of receiving the item. I emailed them requesting to initiate the return/exchange and they never responded. So basically if you order it and it doesn’t fit then tough luck because now you’re stuck with a $65+ item that doesn’t fit. I will never buy from them again. Total waste of money.

Horrible horrible horrible!!! I ordered my dress 1.5 months ago and it hasn’t even shipped yet! I emailed them, left a message on their site, called them, and even messaged them on Instagram and commented on their pix.. but noooo answers! This was before the coronavirus so there is no reason to not respond! Don’t ever order from here! They are scammers!

Wish I could give it negative stars. Horrible quality. Looks like something from Wish. Waste of my 70 dollars....

Shipping takes forever. Size chart is accurate though so if you follow it you most likely won't have to return anything. Quality is high enough to be worth it. The dresses aren't paper thin/see through but will they last for years, probably not. Definitely better than a lot of other online dress stores though.

Here's the interesting part though: The dresses I thought looked awful or boring in the store's pictures but ordered anyway ended up looking the best and being the most well made. The ones I was most excited for and looked amazing in the store pictures ended up being my least favourite and lowest quality when I ordered it. So you can definitely get some good dresses. Just take your time to look at everything
